I recently entered into a two-month trial agreement with a representative from High Reach Media for a Clever Ads digital banner campaign. Despite the significant time invested in brokering the deal and installing the ad code, the company failed to meet its basic obligations.

The Issues:

Breach of Payment Terms: The agreement stated payment would be made within 24–48 hours of launch. After a week of serving ads and multiple follow-ups, no payment was received.

Arbitrary Termination: After the ads had already been running for over a week, I was told "leadership" decided to cancel due to "insufficient traffic."

Moving Goalposts: Traffic requirements were never part of the original terms. Furthermore, when I provided Independent Analytics proving the traffic stats were accurate, they simply ignored the data.

In my experience, this platform operates in bad faith. They secured a week of free advertising under the guise of a long-term contract, then backed out once it was time to pay. I would strongly advise other publishers to avoid doing business with High Reach Media or Clever Ads.

Clever ads has actually cheated me and have looted my money , and the worst part is they even refuse to refund after there is an auto debit for a subscription

I had a terrible experience with Clever ads. After canceling my subscription, they still charged me $100 without my approval. When I contacted their customer service for a refund, they outright refused, despite the charge being unauthorized.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for their customers. I advise everyone to be cautious and consider alternatives before choosing their service. I certainly won’t be using Clever Ads.

No support at all. Terrible. You would think when you sign up for a trial they would do their best to help get the account up and running for you.

First the good: the app has promise. It would be great to have insights to campaigns across multiple platforms, all in the palm of your hand. Interface is somewhat intuitive and easy to navigate.

Thats where it ends...

The bad: The app doesn't work. I consistently got data from clientA, campaignA that was populating into the data for clientB, campaignB. Delete and reinstall the app. Made sure all connections wer correct.

The worse: When you have a problem like this, good luck. Support will never get back to you. Even reached out on 2 social media platforms. Did get a response, but it wasn't helpful. When I asked for a refund for my subscription cost, because the app didn't work, I was met with silence. Then they just closed out my help ticket without addresing my issues. I work with a lot of apps/softwares, and this experience stood out as one of the worst.

Cleverads.com they are scammers , they manipulate customers with one of the marketing techniques that contains promises that you will receive a promo coupon from Google for advertising to their tool. I guarantee you that they do not plan to give you a promo code referring to the fact that your account is not suitable under the terms of google and if you did not receive a promo code, it is solely due to the fact that Google canceled it. I assure you, Google will never cancel the coupon if you have not violated the rules.
I contacted Google support three times, my account was checked each time for crediting a coupon from CleverAds. And what do you think? CleverAds didn't even try to credit anything, but the operator claimed that it was google that canceled my promo coupon for advertising.
