I had a very unpleasant experience - yet again - with my previous Hosting provider. I contacted Clickhost which migrated all email accounts and data without any issues. The experience was very professional and fast, thanks very much once agai. Highly recommended.
I've experienced so many other businesses burning their candle from both ends. Simply put, they cut their costs to achieve a short-lived profit. This comes at the expense of the final quality of their service for their customers. Not Clickhost.
I know that Clickhost is going to be the diamond standard for web-hosting in Australia. From my amateur experience of teaching myself web-development, there's gaps in my knowledge. They filled in the gaps for me. They had timely answers to all my questions and concerns (literally within a minute or so).
Please stick around for the long-game Clickhost, I cannot imagine being provided with a service of higher quality than yours.
A genuinely personable experience amidst an otherwise automated, cost-cutting industry.
If you're not already convinced, their Dashboard UI is extremely friendly to navigate and I would've happily paid triple what I did.
The level of customer service is beyond anything I have experienced before, faultless. Price and features are unmatched. You will not be disappointed!

Registered a domain through Clickhost.com.au 3 days after updating DNS settings my website was still not available. Logged a ticket with support, they replied saying not a problem on their side. Website host insisted issue was with Clickhost.
Took my business elsewhere, within a day DNS was working fine.

We have been in the hosting game for over 15 years. Coming from Netlogistics and Netvirtue. After either of them got sold service got rather "interesting" and the last ones told us we have to leave as they don't offer dedicated servers like we have. So with 8 weeks before we got shut down it was time to find a new provider that offers fast, AU based servers with great support. Thanks to whirlpool we found the Clickhost guys and it's been a blast so far. They offered to move our 150 accounts but we opted to do it ourselves if they are willing to help so we cloud stage the move. No question was unanswered and response time is incredible. They setup redundant DNS for us which we never got an option to with any other host and any problems we ran into got fixed within minutes. Sometimes I felt bad emailing support late or on a weekend but bang 2 minutes later there was a reply. Our dedicated server is flying fast and we cloud not be happier. We are a small business ourselves and operate on word of mouth and good client relationships and this is exactly what these guys are doing.
So if anyone is looking for a reliable AU based provider.......Clickhost are the guys to use.
As always we can just hope they don't grow too fast and sell this niche hosting business.
Fast servers, ridiculous chat support speed and a nice looking admin console to boot.
Clickhost are our new favourite hosting company, and long may they be in business, because its great to have your websites in safe hands.

I am most impressed by the speed of the service and support. Tickets are answered within a few minutes with actual knowledgable staff and sometimes even by the CEO. The Web server speed is fast and i have no issues recommending Click host. I run a web design agency and have never experienced a service like this before.

Absolutely happy-as with ClickHost - so glad I found them.
I was previously with Netvirtue for at least 8-10 years if I recall correctly. I am not a big client for most hosting providers in the grand scheme of things, a few domains, some web hosting and emails. I also use the SpamExperts addon as well instead of the usual free spam clients - as it pretty much eliminates spam entirely and it costs about the same as 1 cup of coffee per month so well worth it.
I am happy to pay for a service that is local (Aus), well supported and reasonably priced, Netvirue was all that and more which is why I was with them for so many years. Sadly though all good things eventually come to an end, and VentraIP purchased Netvirtue in 2021. Of course as you would expect things changed - but not for the better in this case.
Now as others have mentioned in their reviews here - ClickHost is run by "some" of the same people from the old Netvirtue and being as I was with Netvirtue for so long - that tweaked my interest straight away. I found out about them through Whirlpool Forum and I switched over almost immediately!
The ClickHost service is AAA+ as you would expect, as is the speed and they have all the features you could need. So I am basically loosing over a year on the "taken over" VentraIP plan - meh, but I am not in any way bothered by that to be honest as its well worth the benefits of moving.
Whether you are fed up with your current provider and plan that was thrust upon you from a "takeover" :) or you are just looking for a GOOD, reliable, fast web hosting/email provider, then you definitely need to give ClickHost a go, and you will not be disappointed. I could not be happier with things now, its basically back to how it was before when I was with Netvirtue and I'm so confident that the ClickHost service is as-good, I purchased another 3 year plan with them!
There are lots of providers out there, many I am sure are cheaper, but NONE will provide the level of service and performance and features that ClickHost do for the price you pay. These guys are the best!

I was with VentraIP years ago but left due to poor technical support which affected my business. I stumbled onto Netvirtue web hosting at the time and they were amazingly good - I really appreciated the quick support and especially the online chat support (based in Canada) at any time of the night genuinely caring about resolving any issue as fast as possible. I don't have many technical issues, but when I do I want it resolved as it impacts me... obviously. The Netvirtue team would "hand hold" until everything worked correctly.
Fantastic... until VentraIP bought them and migrated me back to them... even with lots of emails from their CEO promising to have improved on their service... they still don't get it.
On the day of migration back to VentraIP, everything failed on ALL of my sites and emails. I put in a suport ticket and was greeted with a message that said that if I wanted a faster response, I would have to pay $7.00 or $8.00! They caused the problem, but I would have to pay to have it fixed quickly. Outrageous. It went quickly downhill from there, actually super slowly. Nineteen hours after my ticket was put in, I finally received an response from someone who didn't understand the problem, and then asked for clarification that was already in the original ticket. Four days later, still nothing was fixed. And trying to escalate to the senior Technical Manager or even the CEO was outright refused.
Oh I missed Netvirtue... and I luckily found mention of them on Whirlpool forums. The same core technical team from Netvitrue were now at CLICKHOST.
I can vouch that this ClickHost team really get it! They understand what GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE means, and they truly care about the customer and getting things working quickly. They go beyond what is required, and they DO IT FAST and PROPERLY. And I greatly appreciate it.
I immediately signed up for 3 years... and that's because they don't have longer terms.

We moved from VentraIP to Clickhost because of a lack of service and server performance after they took over Net Virtue. The website performance has skyrocketed since we moved. Our website is now scoring 81/100 for Mobile and 100/100 on Desktop on Google PageSpeed Insights. And customer service/support is at Net Virtue levels which means it's the best you can get without any nonsense.
Whatever VentraIP has done after taking over Net Virtue has been an utter disaster from start to finish. You know a web host is not good when they "migrate" your website during the Christmas holidays and the migration results in your entire website being delisted from search engines.

Originally a NetVirtue customer, migrated to VentraIP after the acquisition. Migration to ClickHost was super simple and took 13 minutes from the time I submitted my ticket (At 12:43am no less!) to being able to change my nameservers. Excellent customer service and support.
