I didn't receive my delivery
I didn't receive my delivery. SHOP15814IFY is my order number. DPD made chain of mistakes and messed up my delivery and they returned it back to you without letting me know despite that I chose the next day for delivery. I sent you an email but still no response from you. I literally paid but there is no product in my hand. Contact me please asap.

Item never arrived, appalling customer service
Item never arrived. Contacted customer services who stated that I could have a refund or a replacement sent. I requested for a replacement to be sent which took around 4 days to be processed before I finally received a tracking number. The replacement item didn't turn up either and was met with the same slow customer service that takes over 48 hours to respond. Have requested a refund this time, which at the time writing as still to appear. Avoid

Good product, packing poor
My package arrived safely but the outer box was twice the size of my product box and was able to move about freely with no protection, otherwise my Cuisinart cordless mini processor is brilliant
