Outstanding support! I received a response almost immediately, along with a short video that clearly showed what I had done wrong and how to fix it step by step. Charged for a subscription after cancelling

ClickMagick has been rock-solid for tracking and optimizing my campaigns — but what truly impressed me today was their customer support.

I needed copies of invoices from 2024, so I reached out to support expecting the usual back-and-forth. Instead, I got a friendly reply and every single invoice I requested in under 10 minutes. No hassle, no canned responses — just fast, competent help.

That kind of service is rare these days, and honestly… I’m blown away. If you’re on the fence about ClickMagick, this is the kind of company you want in your corner: reliable tools and a team that actually shows up when you need them. Highly recommended.

The product is incredibly robust, and quite frankly more than I was ready for. I was able to easily integrate it with my Google Ads campaigns, but it was the customer service that led me to leave this review. I had a billing issue that was initiated by a locked card and the team at ClickMagick was able to work with me quite easily and very fairly to resolve it. In the future, once I generate some more Google ads, I will mostly come back and give it another opportunity to integrate with my marketing.

This is the best tracking software I’ve used—and I’ve tried many. When ad platforms lose track of conversions for whatever reason, ClickMagick doesn’t. That level of reliability gave me the ~99% traceability I was looking for, which lets me maximize ROI across my campaigns.

I was referred to clickmagick through a course by Christopher reader. I was told that it would be a 30-day subscription and hence I clicked subscribe. 14 days later, I found a $79 pending charge to my bank account. After everything, the transaction was traced to clickmagickk. It turns out the 30-day subscription was for Clickmagickk but only 14-day on their Data Insights. I did NOT receive any onboarding email whatsoever regarding the fact that I was subscribing to 2 different services and they charged me without notifying me via any renewal email. Data insight is non refundable according to their terms and I find this very sketchy. Anyone who does subscribe to Clickmagick (though I do not recommend their service anyways due to how badly it integrates with Clickbank, you’re honestly better off just using Google Ads Tracker), an advice to look at their terms properly for any hidden clauses that might get you into any random payments.

I signed up to the $79 dollar plan but was charged $199 then a day later i was charged a further $79, just by clicking around i inadvertently signed up to extra services, I was just trying to understand the software! Beware, there seems to be no warning or notification that you are signing up to additional paid for services. i am sure it works well if you know what you are doing or are an i.t expert.

Best tracking software I've EVER used. 3 keys:
1) UX and overall usage is so easy to understand
2) Accuracy is unparalleled. Others I used were not so accurate
3) When in doubt, customer support always gave me the answer
