The Clicks team has been responsive and helpful throughout my journey. I recently acquired the Clicks Keyboard Case for my Moto Razr+ phone. It shipped with a concise and helpful quick start guide, followed by bite-sized daily email tips and tricks that greatly enhance an already great experience.
The physical keys resonate with an almost-forgotten sense of comfort and purpose. Keyboard Case is loaded with thoughtfully installed keyboard shortcuts, and tools to create more to meet my particular needs. Well designed, beautifully executed, and purpose driven.
I look forward to Power Keyboard and Communicator later this year, to see the keyboard case concept taken to new heights.

I have had clicks keyboard for my pixel 9 pro since they were released. It has made my life with my phone so much better. I can not recommend it enough, especially for people who are writing long emails on there phone.

I’m so happy with my purchase! My dream has finally come true: my phone has basically turned into a mini-Blackberry! (Motorola RAZR 2025 foldable).
The quality is truly excellent. The keys are very responsive and installation was a breeze. It looks amazing! Wow! You definitely won’t go unnoticed with this! I absolutely love it.
Customer service was also incredibly helpful. I had trouble finding my package (the delivery driver left it in an unusual spot), and they were so kind and supportive throughout the whole process. I really appreciate their patience with me.
(Pro tip: If they don't reply instantly, just be patient—they can get busy, but they definitely care!).

Other devices I have with QWERTY keyboards work well when you set a different layout because the special characters stay where they are marked on the keyboard, for example. Ideally, Clicks would take a cue from this, or simply ensure that you can configure all the keys yourself via an improved app.

Customer support has a response time of only a few minutes. I am receiving a precise answer to my question and the human on the other end is even anticipating things that I did not even think of. Really an awesome experience. Couldn't have been any better. Thank you so much!

After 5 days of emails with an AI chat bot I was finally informed they're shipping a replacement. From China. There's no option for expedited shipping or a human being to interact with. I'm already completely regretting this purchase.UPDATE! Finally received my keyboard case and its pretty awesome! Totally worth all of the shipping headaches, loving it with this razr! A real person finally reached out to me as well. Definitely going to gamble on the Communicator! Thank you Clicks for getting this sorted out and putting a smile on my face.

I love my Clicks case, having the keyboard on my Razor has been amazing especially when using the exterior screen. Brings me back to one of my favorite phone I had when I was younger (my blackberry pearl). When I had an issue with my case I sent an email to support. They were prompt to answer and offer me a solution to my problem. Wonderful company and tech, I will continue to share how awesome these cases are!
