My experience with Clicksy has been excellent
My experience with Clicksy has been excellent. I have no complaints. In my case I purchased a Keter extendable garden party table. I have assembled it but I am missing two screws missing from the box. I am now in contact with Keter trying to get the missing screws. I cannot blame Clicksy for that omission as the box was sealed.
I am though slightly concerned by the delivery company. Fortunately the majority of the parts for the party table were strong resin and were able to withstand knocks and bumps. Not so the case with a bbq I ordered from a different company but delivered by the same delivery company. Just my view but company’s outsourcing delivery to companies need to ensure they handle customer deliveries with care and courtesy.
As stated, no complaints with Clicksy.
