My experience with clicky.pk has been nothing. Short of exasperrating.
Their customer services is abysmally unresponsive reflecting and alarming level of negligence. This company exhibits an astounding disregard for comsumer rights and postpurchase acountability. I would strongly advise prospective buyers to steer clear of this platform to avoid inevitable disappointment.

Very bad experience. Too much low quality. Shoes Size and fitting issue. Very expensive. Customer support number don't exist. App don't process return request. they are fake. Scammerssss.

I think you are doing very bad with the online business and also doing fraud with the innocent Pakistanis.
I put an order on your website for a juger shoes. But today i have received shows . Its very low quality and other then the placed order/specification. Please don't do the fraud with the customer.

There shoes doesn't fit & sizes are different I ordered 43 size which usually fits my feet but there size 43 is different and the customer support is pathetic they never receive your call nor they respond to email. It was surely first and last time buy from this scammer website.

I had a horrible experience with Clicky.pk. I ordered a size 45 (EU) based on their size chart, but they sent a size equivalent to 8.5, which makes no sense. Their customer support is nonexistent—their phone number is turned off, and they don't respond to emails.

To make it worse, their refund/replace process on both the website and app doesn’t work at all. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers.

Avoid this site at all costs. It’s a complete scam, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

They first sent me the wrong design of the shoes, once I called on their number to report it, the automated voice told me to register my complaint on their website and told me that after I submit it someone will contact me on their own (red flag much). On the website there was an error (like there was for everyone else) everytime I tried to press the submit button. There's no way to contact them, its a total scam.

I bought 7 shoes from them, but they sent me the wrong size. I've been chasing their customer support for two weeks and they haven't replied.

I believe they are scammers. I wish I could upload images of their customer support chat.

Very bad experience totally waste of money. So, I ordered a shoe pair of size 43 but they sended me 42 size which is useless to me as shoes can't fit on my foot. Also condition of the shoes were very rough. I don't recommend anyone to buy any product from this side. The customer support is also useless. No response from there end.

Omg..Guys don't download or add any details..They automatically Dispatched items total fraudulent application..Report it to google store also they turned off their reviews and no contact

I m very disappointed because when I received the parcel there is only one shoe not pair of shoe.bad quality and rough.the helpline does not attend any call.no one can reply.

I'm really disappointed with the pathetic service and quality of their products and I would like to give a Zero star or a negative star if there was an option for that.
I ordered a shoes and they delivered defected ones. The parcel I received was in very bad condoiton and the shoes condition was also rough.
But that's not it. When I tried to put a complain on the app and website, both were not working like they have put that options there just to scam people.

I tried to reach them through phone and social media but nobody responded. After so many comments under their ads

Worst experience ever.After 4th day of receiving my order of Sleepers they got teared.No response to any complain nor they are receiving any call.
