Glasses arrived within 2 weeks, seem sturdy and prescription was good. That’s the two stars. I decided the day they arrived that I wanted to exchange or return them and I certainly was within the 30 days allowed. Cue the dilema. They do not process returns on the chat feature. I was told I’d receive an email with instructions from the back office. No email. No one answers the phone number. Now because of the poor customer service, you’ve lost my business and I just want to return the glasses and not exchange them. Somehow I got a call back with retention offers to keep the glasses but, no surprise, they couldn’t process a return. Again I was told the back office would email me instructions. Still no email and no instructions for return. No one should spend 2 days trying to get a return authorization with no success. It should easily be processed in chat or at least phone.
UPDATE: They emailed the return instructions three days after I first requested the info and refunded me 2 days after I mailed the glasses back.
I am adding a star because I did get a refund.

I absolutely love ordering from them. They’re a good quality glasses provider a long with having amazing customer service. They also make it SO easy to return orders as well.

This company is top tier! They have such beautiful glasses and their customer service is amazing. I’ve never had such wonderful customer care with a company like I have with them! I wanted to return glasses that didn't fit. The website says I could reach out via live chat or email. First, I reach out via livechat. They are responding quickly and kept offering alternatives to returns (credit or frame exchanges). After they exhausted alternative methods, they stop responding at all. Which is odd because they were responding in less than a minute each time, so it wasn't a time zone difference.
So I call the phone number. A man answers and tells me there is nothing he can do and to try email instead.
I then reach out via email asking to return the glasses with the screenshot of the glasses and the prescription as prompted. I clearly stated I wanted to return the products. They email me back offering me credit only.
I am very frustrated and call the phone number again. A guy answers again and once again says there is nothing he can do. From my end I can hear him set the phone down and start drilling as if he was in a wearhouse and just kept our phone conversation going so all I could hear was his drilling noises.

Absolutely love my new prescription sun glasses. They are lightweight and the tint is perfect. They are so much more affordable then buying from my eye doctor. I recommend to everyone.

Ordered my varifocal glasses with transition lenses. They were perfect. Great prices, good delivery time. Don't hesitate to buy from them, you won't be disappointed.

The glasses I purchased were too heavy and caused me discomfort after wearing them for a short time. This is a problem since I wear my glasses all day. I emailed asking for a refund. The only offer I received back was for an exchange which I do want. Since that response, I’ve called twice and emailed and I’ve heard nothing back. They have a 30 day refund/exchange policy they have not honored. Buyer beware.

7/26/24. Cliclime has reached out to me with how I should send the glasses back. I sent my glasses back, responded back to them with the tracking number and they replied back that they had issued me a refund which I immediately received. Thank you for my refund.

I love these glasses and they're quite fashionable! Only slight discrepancy is that they don't wipe clean very easily.

These Jewelry glasses are absolutely stunning! They come with a pretty good cloth and a little screwdriver although I haven’t had to use one yet. These glasses are the best ones yet. I prefer the smaller size glasses on my face. I didn’t know they could do progressive so I asked and they sent me out both pairs. Shipping was quick and they are absolutely beautiful.

First of all the glasses themselves are sooo worth every penny. I LOVE mine. I got the Charlie in Clear Pink <3

Secondly I was so nervous it was a scam BUT they came in a week and two days! Would have been faster but my local USPS put my package on the wrong truck smh LOL.

All in all I am really impressed. 10/10 for quality AND extremely affordable pricing!
