WHEN I PURCHASED THE CLIK PACKAGE I HAD THE TRAINING WHICH WAS GREAT TO HELP NAVIGATE THROUGH THE CERTIFICATE,BEN WAS VERY PATIENT AND HELPFUL, THE ONLY DOWNSIDE BEING THAT I HAD TO PURCHASE A DIFFERENT LAPTOP DUE TO BEING ON APPLE AND THAT THE PACKAGE WASN'T COMPATIBLE, I WOULD LIKE THE PAGES ON THE CERTIFICATES TO BE SAVED AS YOU GO RATHER THEN AT THE END,BUT IT'S NOT AN ISSUE.
