I was hesitant to use a weight loss jab but found it very easy. Delivery is always prompt, i increased my dosage every four weeks and have had a very steady weight loss, I have lost 3 stone in 7 months and never felt hungry in that time. The only negative is the cost..

In February of this year I was 153kgs, I am now 119kgs. I can get out of a chair without fainting, I'm no longer pre diabetic, I can walk up hills, my lipids are normal and I feel great.
I have saved more than the cost of the medication by not spending at least £20 a day on snacks and junk food...£600 a month to slowly kill myself.
I have always struggled with my weight since I was a boy, this has been a game changer. No side effects either. My self confidence is back and I feel fantastic.

My weight loss has been slow and steady but there have been many, many health improvements that I’ve had so I’m happy that my journey is slow. I was previously with another provider who stopped my supply presumably because my loss was slow and affected the statistics. Morrisons accepted me a few weeks later and I restarted my weight loss journey with them and now it’s been a while. Delivery is fast, I’ve had lots of support if needed and I could not be happier with the service. ( well maybe if the payments qualified for Morrisons More Points 😂). Gosh, reading so many bad reviews is unbelievable. I have been purchasing my munjaro from morrisons clinic since January 2026. I can honestly say I haven't had a single problem at all. Talking to staff over the phone has not been a problem either, I found them polite and . Helpful. I get regular updates also.

Ordering was easy and after 2 days I got approval and 2 days later my package was there. If people don’t meet the requirements or send the info, of course it does not work, This medication is for overweight people not for those who are vain or more dangerous severe underweight, or paranoid teenagers. I myself was worried about starting the injections. Morrisons helped by giving a lots of information so I could make my mind up. So my journey began April the first 2026. So far to date I have lost over 3 stone 10 pounds. I feel so much better for it. I followed advice on diet and fluids.I have had no problems what so ever. I am still on a low dose injection and managing with that at the moment.
If you are thinking about the injections get good advice first. If you start them and don't like them you can stop .I am Patricks wife

I had a terrible experience with this clinic. There hasn't been a single dose delivered without issues, primarily regarding shipping. To make matters worse, the customer service has been incredibly unhelpful. I submitted a complaint three weeks ago and I am still waiting for a response.

I have got to say Morrisons clinic have always been very helpful. I have always had a respond from them, they always do the letters for the airports when asked, any questions I have. And deliver on time.
