Very bad experience, they have internal system issues. And even the CEO does not answer to his personal emails.

The CEO was supposed to get back to me and didn't and as I stated before and shown by proof to the support team that I did not have any access to the systems prio to my cancellation trough email.

This was caused due to errors in the internal systems, thus making it not a stable platform we can rely on. This was also not the first time that something happend like this, during the onboarding process this also happend. Which I also provided you with proof about.

The CEO got back to me and we have resolved the issues. Still not happy that it took so long but good to see that the effort was there to resolve it.

Clinked has been a smooth helper for our teams. We hadn’t realised things could be this organised and smooth before we tried Clinked. Clients love the space and branding. It’s a win win not to chase updates for both clients and team members.

Product did not deliver as promised. We agreed on a 2 month trial and after less than a month we met with their team asking for a refund for the second month which they refused. They're extremely unprofessional and initially made promises they couldn't deliver. We did not like this product of their team.

I've been using the platform for a while now. This is the best client portal solution among all the other platforms I've tried so far. It has got too many features and integrations and a simple user interface for businesses to easily create their own online portal with a few clicks. You can also white label it and use it as if your own brand. If you are looking for a file management tool, clinked is a very good alternative.

Great tool for Project Management. With its easy interface I could manage my project, create and assign tasks. They have an amazing client success team. Support is great. Pricing was normal. Whole platform designed for my needs. I have white label app and custom domain. Thanks Clinked!
