Exceptional Experience with Clio!

I recently had the pleasure of using Clio, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. From start to finish, Clio exceeded my expectations in several key areas.

The platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to navigate. I was able to find everything I needed without any hassle, which made my experience smooth and enjoyable.

Clio offers a fantastic array of features that truly streamline my workflow. Like time tracking, billing, or case management, for example. These tools have saved me a significant amount of time and effort.

Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, the customer support team was quick to respond and extremely helpful. It’s refreshing to know that support is just a click away!

Given the quality of service and the features available, I believe Clio provides excellent value for money. It’s an investment that pays off in efficiency and effectiveness.

Overall, I highly recommend Clio to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient solution. It has truly transformed the way I manage my law cases, and I can’t imagine going back to my old methods!

Absolutely the most user unfriendly service I've ever used. Each time I log in I have to set up a new password. It lets me access the mail/doc and the next day will not accept the password.
It's a terribly aggravating service.
I would not recommend to anyone.

Sure wish I could give zero stars. Using Clio.com is the worst thing you could do if you need to manage data. In short, "data management" is not part of Clio.com. They have no clue as to who their customer is, and they don't care to learn. My grade school kids could do better.

I can’t say a single negative thing about Clio. It has absolutely revolutionized our firm’s practice. It’s easy to use. Intuitive. Customer service is spot on!

The data migration team at Clio was exceptional. They went over and above answering our questions and guiding us through the process. We are now very satisfied Clio customers and use it for all aspects of our law practice.

I love Clio. It has made such a diffence in my time management and is very user friendly.

We are able to upload organize and communicate with our client in so many different ways. We enjoy the customizable fields and the time saved with the calendar feature gives us the ability to focus on other important work!

After I sold my mid size law firm and started a solo practice, I went to Clio, much to my regret. Manage is a useable, if basic, platform you can use to maintain files, keep time, and get bills out. Grow is an absolute waste of time and money. It does not integrate well with other software and glitches all the time, making its best feature, the automated intake process, basically useless. Whatever you do, do not let them ever talk you into buying Grow. It is a total waste of money, Also avoid paying for premium support. It is basically also useless. I spend a lot of time on hold and get little to no help. I greatly regret my purchase and discourage others from this product.

What made this transition easier was Jess' approach. She guided us through the process and because we were wary, we decided to take three months to complete the transition. It took us longer than that and Jess was patient, assistive and good humored throughout! She is a fine example of someone whom a company can put on the frontline as an exceptional representative. Many thanks Jess!

I like that the software is user-friendly and helpful in storing all necessary data for client management. My only issue is with formatting notes and calendar descriptions, as in there is a lack of formatting options for notes, and calendar details/descriptions lose their spacing and formatting after saving the event on the calendar.
