Customer support responds quickly when we have questions. Only minor complaint is occasional bugs after updates, but they're usually fixed within a few days.

This software company delivered a product full of bugs and glitches that made it nearly impossible to use for our business needs. When we reached out to technical support, we waited days for responses that were unhelpful and generic. The software crashes frequently and we've lost important data multiple times. They promised features that were never delivered. Complete waste of money and time. Looking for alternatives now.

Support tickets are resolved in reasonable timeframes. Wish they offered more customization options, but the standard features cover most needs effectively.

The software performs well and handles our daily operations efficiently. Regular updates show they're committed to improvement. Customer service team is friendly and actually listens to feedback. Lost one star because some requested features take a while to implement. Otherwise, it's been a worthwhile investment for our company.

Been using their platform for six months now. Setup was straightforward and onboarding was helpful. The software does what it promises but lacks some modern features we expected. Their team truly understands modern software architecture and best practices. Highly recommend for any development needs.
