I place the order 12/27/24 an I’ve been waiting for to receive it 30 days later it say my order was delivered well i still haven’t received it as of it it was sent to wrong address an I wrote them to explain I never heard d of such a zip code 27972 my address zip is 27872 my information was correct on my Oder how could this get messed up ?? Oder tracking number ctty2023501031CN

Time of delivery was fast. I got my package after 6 days. They will update you through email or you can check DHL online. It was good. However, the dress that I ordered is so different from their online pics hahahaha. Well, You get what you pay.

Im overall satisfied since I knew this site is not fraud.

I ordered a dress 15 days ago for a play that I am performing in next week. I saw the dress and knew it was perfect for my character. We've been waiting for a tracking number to confirm that the order had shipped. Days went by and the show is approaching so I finally contacted them in an attempt to figure out what's happening. I was BEYOND indignant with the answer I received. They said that for the next seven days, China would be celebrating a holiday and could not ship out any orders until after the break. I totally understand the importance of national holidays, as I have often experienced similar frustrations on days like the Fourth of July and MLK Jr. Day. However, not being from China, I was completely unaware and was not informed of this holiday when I placed my order; I would've understood and gotten my dress elsewhere. The low prices and quality products were appealing, but the lack of professionalism I have witnessed from this experience have definitely adversely affected my predisposition to purchase from clothing.net again.

First of all I am VERY careful when it comes to shopping online especially when the web based is overseas or unknown. But with Clothing.net the thoughts of being scammed is gone. Whew! I ordered two items from Clothing.net and it came in the mail within 5 days. I live in the US and they shipped it from China so it is a super fast delivery! However, one item wasn't turned out as I expected and I have been corresponding with Clothing.net regarding the item and to have it exchanged with something else. Their customer service is excellent! Ok, i bought like 1 dress and 2 t-shirts from clothing.net. the clothes are worth the price. the shipping is very fast, only takes 4 days. i have also communicate with the customers serivce from clothing.net, they response quickly , within few hours. the dress is sexy. only 1 t-shirt is a little bit too small for me. i have give it to my sister. anyway. i think i will order some school clothes this spetember.

I am very excited when I saw this site.Because they offer a varity of fashion garments and the prices of Clothing.net are too inexpensive. Nevertheless my exprenice warn me that be cautious when shop with online.I know lots of fraudulent website.( I am Indian, run a unqiue bouique) I have to do a investigation before I place an order. Through around the site, they owing the realtive certificate, such as Norton etc.and cooperate with Paypal company.Moreover they offering the fast shipment- FedEx. So, I bought a small order(2 dresses, 1 shirt) and I recieved them in less than a week. All the goods are definitly nice and than I was expecting. As my mind, Clothing.net must be a professional online website instead of the rubbish store. And also, their customer service are really awesome and they respond my question within 24 hours. I'll purchase more garments.

I really enjoy shopping with Clothing.net. I am not new to buying from Asian sites and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of goods (which are also true to stock pictures - "what you see is what you get"), fast shipping and excellent customer service at Clothing.net.
That said, order processing time is subject to improvement: it usually takes about a week for an order to ship out after placing the order.
Overall, still five stars. Definitely.
