Very easy to use with very good support. There was some manual work involved to fix some issues with some users mailboxes and OneDrive with the help of tech support but overall, it is a very good product with very good prices. Highly recommended.

We had to migrate our accounts from one temp Microsoft 365 tenant to another MS 365 tenant. My local IT support could not help as he was not too familiar with the MS 365 platform. So I found Cloudbik online and hired them to perform the migration. Manoj contacted me within hours and we started planning. Soon after, they performed the migration without any disruption of services. Communication was excellent throughout the process. The Cloudbik team is very knowledgeable on the Microsoft platform. Following migration, I hired them for additional services on our new account. Again, they were very thorough and detailed, with excellent communication.
