This company should just get out of the business! Cancelled every time we booked at the last minute making our plans for the day impossible. Rented through a local vendor, which I highly recommend.

I would give this company zero stars if that were an option. They canceled our order as I was awaiting outside for its arrival. My husband was unable to enjoy our walks along the coast and around the town. We ordered at least two weeks in advance. Very disappointing . It is also impossible to talk to anyone at the company.

No mobility scooter turned up - no communication was received. When I eventually got hold of an agent no apology or offer of compensation. I requested and they offered me half a day hire - the half a day I had spent chasing them - some compensation!! Avoid this company!!!!!
What started out as a negative experience turned into a very positive one thanks to the company controller. She went above and beyond to diffuse a situation and my extreme frustration due to being charged for an order that I didn't approve. She took charge because the customer service folks were not treating the matter with the attention it merited. She could teach a master class in providing excellent customer service and handling angry clients with grace and patience. So much so that I will definitely order from Cloud of Goods in the future. THANK YOU, A! You turned it around and knocked it out of the park.

Tried to contact this company by phone because their website was impossible to navigate in terms of attempting to schedule a one day rental for a scooter. No matter how I tried to click on dates on their calendar (I used to work in IT, I still manage websites, and do programming, so I'm not an idiot when it comes to using technology), I could NOT select a single day rental. When I attempted to call to speak to a live person, I was stuck in a constant phone tree loop of being told to go to the website. Finally emailed to try to get customer service... only to receive a reply several days after the event for which I needed the scooter. When I replied with my dissatisfaction with the lack of customer service via email, I got an assurance to "Dear [Recipient's Name]" that they'd look into it better. Worst mobility rental service I've ever dealt with. They're chasing the dollar and don't care about dealing with real live people.

Very happy with local agent in Montreal, Ray. Wasn't sure dealing with a Florida based operation with everything paid on the front end and depending on services in Montreal while going from GTA but worked out well. No extra fees, product delivered and picked up without any concerns or issues. Good on you!
My experience with Cloud of Goods was excellent. Booking was easy, item was on-time, was able to extend without any issues, easy return. Definitely recommend and will use their services again when needed.

The service was great, they texted me to verify the timing. The scooter was available on arrival and was picked up after departure. It made my London experience that much better!
Delivery was ok but I had a 2 minute tutorial on how to put it together unfortunately in the rain. I tried to setup pickup for a recharge on the first night that was unsuccessful. I tried to set up a pickup to return early which was unsuccessful. Product worked fine. I was a first time user so there was a learning curve. Final pickup was good. Definitely more difficult to lift in and out of car with only one person. But the scooter worked great. I think Delivery needs to come with a youtube.com video on how to use it for all the features.

Do not contract with this company. Find a local vendor on your own. The cancellation/refund policy is unreasonable. I reserved a wheelchair for my elderly father for the weekend. When it turned out that he didn’t need it, I canceled 24 hours before. The local company with whom Cloud of Goods had contracted to supply the chair told me I would receive a credit from Cloud of Goods, but Cloud of Goods refused to refund both the rental fee and the damage waiver fee. This is unreasonable and unfair, since Cloud of Goods won’t have to pay the local vendor for this rental. They say their cancellation policy requires notification by 8 am the day before. Twenty-four hours would make more sense, especially as the local vendor did not require more than that. Highway robbery. Do yourself a favor and use a local vendor with reasonable policies and good customer service.

I had an amazing experience with Cloud of Goods in Savannah. The only thing is that when you are booking your scooter, they don’t let you know their specific delivery hours. When I was booking my rental, it allowed me to choose any time so I believed that they would deliver at that time and I would make it to my event. But they only have specific delivery hours and I wish that was known on the website while booking. My delivery driver was more than happy to drop it off the day before and pick up the day after because when I booked it to drop it off the day of my event, the delivery driver was not available so having the hours on the site would be helpful so there is no miscommunication. Other than that, my rental worked great, it was clean, fully charged, and ready at the front desk of my hotel. Thank you cloud of goods!
