Great on time and chair worked awesome highly recommend!

We rented a lightweight scooter for my 81 year old Mother and she loved it. Rented it in Honolulu, Hawaii for a week. They dropped off on time, we needed it for an extra day and they let us for a small fee, then picked up on time. Scooter was lightweight and easy for us to even fold up and take on a tour bus. I would rent from this company again they were great. Thank you

We had such a great experience with this wheelchair rental service! My dad broke his leg a few weeks prior to our trip to Vancouver, and we needed something mobile to give him more independence during the trip. Chandan was incredibly kind and helpful, setting us up with a scooter that worked perfectly. After about a week, we decided we needed something easier to transport for the next part of our trip. Chandan made the exchange seamless, providing us with a sturdy wheelchair that fit our needs perfectly. His flexibility and accommodating nature made a stressful situation so much easier - and my dad was able to join in on all the fun with us comfortably and happily! Highly recommend this service for anyone needing mobility solutions! Everything from booking to communication was smooth!

ABSOLUTELY NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY DELIVERED THE SCOOTER AN ENTIRE DAY LATE ! THEN TOLD US IT WOULD BE HERE AT 8AM THE NEXT DAY AND SHOWED UP AT 915! RUINED OUR ENTIRE DAY AT UNIVERSAL!!! THEY OFFERED US NOTHING BUT AN OHHH WELL ! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY EVER!

The wheelchair was delivered the night before my arrival at the hotel. Had I been there I would not have accepted it as it was not the size I ordered. Perhaps my fault as it was my first time to need one and I ordered it online. And we did have to pick up the second one. Quite expensive for just 3 days rental.

This company is an absolute disgrace. We rented a scooter for my disabled daughter on our 10 day trip to San Diego. We had activities booked for every day so needed it to be reliable. What was sent was shoddy to say the least. The ignition barrel came out with key every time, it had the wrong seat attached and wouldn't hold its charge. It ran out of battery half way round sea world and I (in my 60s) had to carry it out of the place in pieces. I had bruises on my arms for the rest of the holiday. I charged it up but wasnt convinced it was charging so I left it behind and hired one at San Diego zoo. The next day I decided to try it again. We went to a 3 day event at the convention centre. It died after 15 minutes. We had to get someone to rescue her. My daughter was in tears and felt so humiliated. When the guy came to rescue us his first words were "Cloud of Goods?" He said they're a scam and knew exactly what is been charged. He said he would have rented me one for 10 days for £140 which was way cheaper than what we had paid. Whilst we were at the convention the guy fixed our original scooter for us and it last the remaining 5 days despite being very rickety and not really big enough for her. My daughter hurt herself trying to walk when the battery kept dying. What a disgraceful way to treat someone. I wouldn't use these guys if they were the last place on earth.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Me and my family purchased a mobility scooter for my elderly dying dad who is on hemodyalysis for our holiday to Elvis week Memphis Tennessee, the initial booking was great and very helpful, but only helpful when things are going there way. unfortunately me and my family had to cancel our holiday as we contracted COVID, my dad was extremely unwell and in ICU at the time. I emailed cloud of goods (3 times) asking if my dad could have a refund (considering we didn’t use the scooter and missed our holiday) and each time we was ignored, disgusting customer service.

He was very accommodating and friendly. He reached out to me and kept me informed as to when he was coming to bring the scooters and also my flight was delayed so he accommodated my time for me to return the scooters which was a blessing.

When I realized that I needed a shower transfer chair on a recent vacation, Cloud of Goods was a top search on Google. I requested the chair at 2am and it was brought to my hotel room at 9am. The delivery man put the new chair together and took the packaging with him. When I checked out, I took the chair to the bell check and notified COG that I had checked out. They came and retrieved the chair.
I will use this company any time I have a rental need.

Headed to Vancouver for a cruise and was told 2 days before departure that we would not have a wheelchair requested for this journey. Made 1 call to cloud of goods and our problems were solved. picking up and returning the chair was a breeze even though it was such short notice. We will use this company again in the future. Thank you for everything you were fantastic.

The mobility scooter was avaiable on arrival at hotel, it performed without a problem the whole holiday.

We rented two extra heavy duty, four wheel Scooters for our cruise out of Seattle. What we received was not even close to what we asked for. It was like they gave us the Worst scooters that they had. We took possession of them at the pier and one of them made it onto the ship all the while making noise. I called the scooter supplier and Told them that The scooter was not working properly and could not be trusted to drive any further other than to return the scooter at debarkation. They told me they would give me a full refund on the one scooter that didn’t work. But what I received from Cloud Of Goods was only 50% of the rental on That scooter, the one I could not Use. Had I went with the Competitor Scootaround They put an extra scooter on the ship in case one breaks down. My entire vacation was completely ruined. My wife and I require the scooters to get around. And we were forced to give up all of our shore excersions and we’re forced to go to dinner one at a time using the only scooter that worked.

Great communication through text. Scooter worked 4 days with out a charge and fit in our rental van. Left at front desk of the hotel and then I just dropped it off in the same spot. Would highly recommend.

The mobility scooter that we rented for my husband was perfect for getting around in Kaanapali Maui. It was delivered to our hotel and was there for our arrival. Easy return...left with bellhop desk. I would definitely recommend for people with walking/standing limitations.

The motorized wheelchair was waiting for me when I arrived at the resort and I left it with the valet when I left. The chair (a cricket) was lightweight, convenient and fun to zip around in. I took it all over the island. Couldn’t have been a better experience. Will use this service again.

Cloud of Goods Hawaii was efficient and helpful. I ordered the larger mobility scooters and they would not fit in the vehicle we had. I thought what a waste of money they will just sit there unused. Family members said to contact them, I did and they exchanged them for ones that would fit so I was able to use the mobility scooter for our excursions.

The communication on renting the electric scooter was great. Date and time was clarified and any changes were immediately sent to me with me to reply back to confirm. Professional and concern for my needs. I felt very secure dealing with this company.

Great service! My husband broke his foot while on vacation in Boston. We placed an online order for a wheelchair and the ETA suggested it would be 3-4 hours out. They delivered the chair to us in less than two hours so we were able to still enjoy the sights of the Boston Harbor and local area before getting to an urgent care. They picked up the wheelchair from our hotel. Very pleased and thankful for this service!
