I would give them a zero if I could.

I went sent the incorrect size sliders and have been asking for a refund for weeks.

Keep getting told i can pay for a refund which is basically cost of the shoes.

Absolute scam of a company avoid at all costs.

No customer service at all.

No way to raise a complaint either you just end up dealing with same customer service assistants

Took several weeks to arrive to then only receive one pair out of 2 of the buckle sliders I ordered. The sandal is not what I expected. Not a real buckle but a buckle mould. The quality is so rubbish and might as well have gone to primark in UK. I’ve paid nearly £23 per pair, so I expected something more.

Emails back and forth with “we’ll look into it”. Advised to return item to Iowa and China at my own expense. Portrayed as Clouds Slides Uk??? Mis- presentation. They offer partial refund if you don’t want to send to them.
I’m getting ignored now. People, be warned. Absolutely bad business acumen.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SHOP ONLINE ITS A SCAM If i could give a zero i would ordered a pair of flip flop shoes with charms on 5 weeks ago, not arrived so emailed via the contact online no response contacted them again on their website again no contact so £36.00 later no shoes and down by £36.00 what a rip off. How are these sites allowed to trade with such awful reviews and service just a joke.

Not in UK - absolutely rubbish quality and service. To return you have to post to Iowa or china! Avoid

Bought two pairs of wedge sandals. Shockingly poor quality. Asked for a refund. Was told to pay for return postage either in Iowa or somewhere in China.
Will not bother spending any more money as I doubt they will refund me anyway based on other customers` experience.

They sell products from TEMU for four times higher price. They took so long to my delivery of flip flops. Nearly one month exactly the time TEMU takes to deliver. I paid £21.50 for £3.80 TEMU price.Scammers. PayPal support many of them and no use to place trust on pay pal either.

I ordered some sandals in a size 4. I received completely different sandals that I had ordered and in a size 5!
When I raised the issue with the company they said I had to cover the cost of return postage which was £12 despite this being their error! This was 50% the cost of the shoes.
The company said they cannot guarantee you always receive what you have ordered (it does not state this anywhere in their terms and conditions) and they offered me a 20% refund! Or said if I wanted a replacement I had to over the cost of postage and they weren’t able to guarantee I would receive what I had ordered!
Absolutely terrible company, and the shoes are of very cheap quality! Could get better shoes on Shein for a lot less money!

Before i wrote this, i thought i would go through the reviews first. Funny how most of the positive ones have only 1 review to their account and have muslim sounding names. Considering The Owners are british muslim. This information is all freely available through companies house. Trading under WT RETAIL LTD. They have no office, warehouse or stock! They are a drop shipping company. This is why they want you to pay for returns to China or America (which is not their warehouse. Already been in touch with this address) to put you off returning the item. I'm not going to go through why i'm unhappy with this company as a customer. I'm collecting all my information for trading standards to submit to them. This review is to just warn other potential buyers not to buy from them

Terrible terrible company. Firstly, i did receive my sliders but they were poor quality so i wanted a refund. I paid for shipping to america MYSELF and it has now been TWO months since the sliders arrived at their warehouse and I am yet to get the refund. I've contacted them countless times and, whilst they respond, they always just say "when the warehouse team confirms they have the product we will refund you". Refund me my butt. I bought them in February, same day as they were delivered to me I begun the refund process. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Absolutely atrocious company. Take your money & that’s it, never get any product or updates past order confirmation.
Once you chase them, it’s all ‘sorry, they were out of stock, we are issuing a refund now’

Bought some flat shoes without checking the reviews which is unusual for me. They let you believe that they're based in the UK. They're not. The shoes took nearly 4 weeks to arrive and were too late for the occasion that I wanted them for. When they arrived, they were a size 4, I ordered size 6. Their response to putting their mistake right was for me to pay the shipping costs for the correct size to be sent to me. I emailed and asked for a returns label to be sent to me as I refused to pay for their error. Long story short, after 4 weeks of back and forth with incompetent, clueless idiots who appeared to share 1 brain cell between all of them. I'm £40.00 out of pocket and stuck with 2 pairs of new shoes that will be going in the charity bin.
This company are total cowboys who know nothing about customer service. Please, please avoid them at all costs!!

Sent wrong size was offered another pair if I paid the postage. Which I didn’t want. I have asked for my money back but have to return my shoes to china or USA. But have to pay the postage.

This company sends products from China, and I don't understand why, since each of us has AliExpress and there's no need for intermediaries whose products take two months to arrive. It's a waste of time.
