NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Took 3 month and 30 emails to arrive. Two pairs ordered. Both incorrect. One the completely wrong colour and one the completely wrong size. Terrible Costumer service refusing to arrange return or refund and suggest I keep the item due to their shipping costs to china. Unfit for purpose and an expensive waste of money and time.

Ordered 5-6 slippers they delivered 6-7 ,offered a replacement but I have to pay shipping . Thanks cloud slides great service not . Don’t waste your money .
Got in touch with cloud slides as requested, said I had received what I had ordered , sent proof of my order and what I received, sorry we made a mistake keep the slippers but pay postage for a new pair ! Or return to Iowa at my expense ! Please don’t waste your time or money with this company.

I paid for same day shipping 22 days ago and it still hasn't arrived. If they were honest about the shipping time I wouldn't have a problem with it. But don't tell me it'll be here in a few days if it's going to take weeks upon weeks.

Should have checked this website first. All comments are sadly true: slippers were the wrong sizes, appaling quality (literally falling apart after a few weeks of use) and no customer service to speak of. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS - you'b wasting you money as we did.

I wish i had read the reviews of 1 star. Listen to them. It is true. I've lost 20 pounds on something that doesn't fit me, took ages to come, after realising they were sending from China, despite uk url my mistake, tracking number from China which I didn't click on accept cookies for because it all started to feel like a bad purchase. Item arrives more than ten days later and size 5.5-6.5 slippers basically are more like 5 or under in size. The heart sink I feel right now.

This is a shocking company with appalling customer services! I needed slippers for something specific and have now had to purchase elsewhere. I’ve given 1 star as cannot write a review unless I give them a star.
Keep blaming logistics and Ive asked many times for a refund as this has taken so long and I’ve had to purchase elsewhere I now don’t want them not that they’re likely to arrive anyway.
Avoid this company I wish I’d checked out these reviews I usually do but was in a hurry when I purchased for something particular so yes you even need to research slippers!

Absolutely shocking customer service.
I ordered a product, the wrong product was delivered, and I was then asked to pay the cost of a return to America, and the company would only refund the cost of the product, not the shipping cost.
So I am out of pocket, with a product (which was a gift!) that cannot be used, because of Cloud Slides error. Shocking!!!

Same issue as others. Slippers are poor quality, and not true to size. Ordered a 4-5 for my partner who is a size 4. Her feet can't fit in the slippers. Spoke to customer service who told me to either return the item to China at cost to myself, or they could provide a replacement item and I would have to pay postage (£8.99) and I could keep the original. Slippers are not fit for purpose and they seem to think their company policy outweighs the Consumer Rights Act 2015 T&Cs. Do not give this company your hard earned money.

Shocking customer service, the wrong size sent. Not fit for purpose and they want me to post them back at a cost to me of £30!! Rip off company 😠.. the quality is shocking too, I would say worth £5

Buyer beware!!! My shoes came after a ridiculously long time and were too small, even though I ordered a size up. I have reached out to "customer service" to initiate a return and they have totally ignored my emails. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Do NOT buy terrible company took weeks to receive my order of 2 pairs of slippers and only received the 1 item been emailing company for weeks for refund or send me the missing product and they keep saying waiting for logistics to get back to them it's been 6 weeks now.... do not buy

SCAM COMPANY! Terrible quality. Told to return to China. I returned recorded delivery to their UK warehouse as the return address was on the parcel, and customer service have not issued me a refund. Complete scam. AVOID

After ordering online my tracking code came up with an error. I emailed the company about the tracking code and got no reply. I waited 4 weeks and didn't get my parcel. I emailed and left messages everyday for weeks. Eventually after threatening further action I got a reply saying the product i ordered wasn't in stock and was sent a refund. I advise you to not use this company and save yourself a lot of headache.

I'd disappointed the least I could give was 1 star!
I purchased the cloud slippers before Christmas, they are shockingly terrible cheap quality rubbish and after requesting a refund, they told me to ship them back to Hong Kong first. They want me to pay the postage and they also know it's just not worth it as this would be most of the £25 i paid for the rubbish.
Having paid via PayPal, they told me the item was eligible for buyer protection too, yet after much back and too, they didn't help at all and closed the case (which I have appealed)
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, TOTAL SCAM BUSINESS !!!

Please don’t buy from this company. I ordered some slippers, they never arrived, had to chase myself after weeks of waiting only to be told they’re out of stock! Without any form of apology. Not even a simple sorry for the inconvenience. They take your money and run!

100% scam company. Avoid at all costs. As other reviewers sent out wrong size item . Contacted customer service only to be told I needed to pay to ship the item to China for a refund or pay them to send me the correct size. Absolutely shocking customer service and also posing as a UK company . Avoid at all costs .

Three months of emails going back and forth with you just repeating your company policy is no returns .I certainly won’t be reaching out to you. I’m purely warning others not to make the same mistake.
How many bad reviews? Can they all be wrong.

Just a big thank you to all at clouds slides uk for a wonderful service. People are very quick to complain but not to praise! So a big thank you for sorting my problem( emphasis on my problem) with understanding and care. I can’t recommend you enough.

Well, this was the most ridiculous company I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered a pair of size 5 slippers, however they sent a size 4. I asked for a new pair of slippers to be sent and they want to charge me a shipping fee. I then asked for a refund and they won’t issue me a refund without returning the Small Slippers which they expect me to pay for the return as well.
I honestly think they did it on purpose so they can make extra money, a bunch of Crooks
