I have been using Koerge for two years now. I don't have an issue. It runs smoothly. I bet for an online news site, we must not go out for a minute...This is the best hosting service you can have!

Moved to Koerge from Godaddy after my website kept going down. I was a bit sceptical, but the team at Koerge helped me get started and moved all my website files over in a smooth transition. I didnt lose any data at all.

Really happy, they also went out of their way to tune my WordPress site so it would load faster.

Koerge recently they suffered staffing issues, which ultimately ended up causing me some distress.
However,
They have since replied with an apology explaining the problem. They have refunded the extra charges, reinstated my website. They have also setup my direct debit for monthly.
Apart from this recent glitch, the service has been very very good.

We moved to Koerge Hosting from GoDaddy after losing our website to a security breach. Not only did the team at Koerge help us to fix the malware issue we had, they moved us over to their bronze package and now our site is faster and more secure. Great customer service!

they are very good! in past! but! now! Very Bad Support! no ticket replay! about to be month now! no reading in ticket! no chat or ticket support!

I have been looking to speed up my website in order to improve my website rankings and someone recommended I check out Koerge, at first I was sceptical as many always claim to be the fasted but when I tried their demo site I was impressed. I joined them in January and marked it in my Google Analytics. Less than 4 weeks later we saw a 45% uplift in rankings and gained so much more traffic after shifting up in rankings. They also helped me sort my 404 issues and redirects on pages I no longer use.

We are now discussing signing with them as our technical SEO agency.

Just migrated my website to Koerge and the support was fantastic. They help with whatever you need and at the moment, not like other companies who make you send and email and wait for a few days.

Just want to say that the support system is fabulous and as a server provider they always give proper support whenever you want help. Due to there fantastic support & upgraded servers i never faced downtime for my website for more 5 minutes.
