I had a consultation with Dr. Morteza yesterday to discuss switching from Wegovy to Mounjaro. I have been using Wegovy for a year, including being on the highest dose of 2.4 mg for the past seven months, but unfortunately it has not been very effective for me, and I have only lost around 5 kg in the whole year.

Dr. Morteza was very thorough and professional, taking the time to understand my weight loss journey and concerns. He checked my BMI, measured my blood pressure, arranged blood tests, and referred me for a body composition analysis. After completing a full assessment, he prescribed Mounjaro for me and ensured that the switch was done in the correct and safe way.

I really appreciate that he took a careful and personalised approach rather than simply changing my medication without considering my overall health. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made me feel reassured and confident about my treatment plan.

Great training plans with a good app that I can connect to my smart watch for workout data including info about the workouts and the meal plan.

Now, I’m not one for leaving reviews normally, but credit where it’s due……..

I’ve been using clove health for about three months now and can’t fault the service/support they provide.

Like most I was dubious/nervous about starting my weight loss journey, but from the get-go Dr Mirab was helpful, informative and understanding. Right From my Initial consultation to each follow up I have I felt supported & looked after. He has been more than patient with my million questions and answered with no judgement at all.

As an addition i opted to receive support from there nutritionist/health coach, Becky, who Is fantastic at what she does. My sessions with her have really helped keep me focused on not just losing weight but making healthier choices and as a result, I feel better physically, mentally and emotionally. Who knew my bad habits were having such a negative impact!!!

So, for anyone that is considering starting their own weight loss journey i’d highly recommend this company. It clearly prioritises the total Wellbeing of their customers!
