I went to club 3000 on Hyde rd Manchester last night and was greeted by the lady on the front desk called Michelle. She was such a lovely lady and made me and company feel very welcome it was my first time at this club and really enjoyed it so thank you Michelle for being so kind.

Like to address a concerning incident that occurred at your establishment on Sunday 14th April. Following the Bingo session, my wife and I engaged with the Black Knight slot machine (#1) for approximately 100 minutes, wagering around £600. It is pertinent to note that the slot machine was linked to the community slot feature.

During our play, the player on machine 62 triggered the FIRST BONUS in nearly 4 hours, with three players, including myself, present. Notably, the community link appeared to work for the player on Machine 11 and the player on Machine 62 but not for us.

Upon raising this issue with the manager, Trish, and after 25 minutes of explanations and a review of the CCTV footage, it was confirmed that we should have received the bonus. However, to our disappointment, the manager insisted that there was nothing further that could be done. Despite our insistence and discussion, the only resolution provided was a £50 offer to my wife, which was confirmed by the manager.

Regrettably, we declined the offer due to the systemic issue we observed. It came to our attention that all machines are interconnected and that discrepancies in payouts and game features, as advertised and printed on the machines, are alarmingly prevalent. We requested that the machines be investigated and switched off for a comprehensive examination, yet the manager dismissed our concerns, claiming there was no problem.

Given the gravity of the situation and the lack of resolution provided, we have escalated our concerns to the relevant gaming commission and other regulatory bodies. This decision was further reinforced by interactions with other players, who revealed that similar issues frequently occur.

It is disheartening to experience such challenges, as it undermines the fairness and integrity of the gaming experience your establishment purports to offer. We seek a comprehensive explanation as to why such discrepancies are transpiring and why the algorithmic functioning, particularly in link play, appears to be flawed.

I anticipate a prompt response to this matter, as we are prepared to take further steps if necessary to ensure a satisfactory resolution. Notably, as we departed, we observed that additional customers expressed discontent and relinquished their membership cards in response to this incident, underscoring the severity of the situation.

Absolutely shocking site, quick enough to take your money but near impossible to withdraw your winnings.
The customer service is appalling and they don’t reply to emails.
I have put in a claim with resolver and gone to the gambling commission to try and get this resolved.
DO NOT deposit money on this site, it’s been over a week and I have sent all documentation and I’m now not getting any replies and I am unable to log into my account.

Can someone help I won £450.00 but after sending multiple documents in and I'd I can not get my winnings!!!! Who do I need to go to ? To try and sort this out .

Deposit as much as you like without verification but don't dare try withdraw anything because it will drive you crazy with the ridiculousness of it all! This is when they implement their safer gambling responsibilities. Identification requests are shocking, they restrict your playing time or shut you out of your account completely. I have no idea how they get away with this shocking treatment! I am at the point now where I am going to report this site

Same as others I’ve seen take your money but if you win it takes ages to try and sort it out plus uploading of documents that seem to never be accepted takes days for replies from customer support not a good experience very stressful and god help people who aren’t good with computers and can’t upload what the want never seen a site like this

So I joined deposited 50 pounds in 3 separate deposits. Now I can't play they blocked my account saying they want.3 months off wage slips and 3 months off bank statements yeh that's a joke.they have no right looking into my earnings yet they hide behind the responsible gambling attitude. No way club 3000 why let me deposit 3 times then ask.that should be against the law....I've reported it to the gambling commission and I would suggest everyone else does.lets stick together and get these scammers shut down,

Took my money over and over now cant withdraw sent all id etc but shows on account as not having it. Takes customer service 3 days to reply to say contact another e mail add. This company sjould be shut down , still waiting on £350 they owe me

Took my money quickly enough but now cannot withdraw as I cannot download the correct ID. I deposited with Paypal so surely they can refund exactly the same without having to have 6 pieces of information. Paypal do not allow screenshots of personal pages for security purposes therefore cannot send that info. Photos do no work just get message saying too close, get closer etc. I want my money.

No evidence CCTV to back manager k Johnson to bar me 12 weeks outside not near club I went to leave anyway shouting swearing he claimed one small minority have THREATENED me I can barely move breath see yet I get barred no warning at all before . Fire service made him legally fire safety update it all in club I have few photos I made report was this why barred Glyn clark

OH what a mistake very very rude member of staff named Peter why he is working within customer services I will never know but will never be back

DON'T USE THIS SITE. I have been trying to withdraw my winnings for about 2 weeks and they keep rejecting my proof of address. Absolutely disgusting and they're is no one you can contact to sort this out.

DON'T PLAY ON HERE.......no questions asked when you deposit but the minute you want to withdraw...WITH A £2.50 fee....they want documents.
From what I've read everyone struggles to withdraw.....

I suggest if anyone owes you money go through the moneyclaim online. It's a government website. Put in your claim....more than likely such an incompetent company won't defend it...then take advice and get a winding up order in the company.

We should make a collective complaint to the Gambling commission to get it shut down.

I have been a Member now for 2years. Last year I won 300 pound and withdrew 200 with no problems. All my ID checks were fine. The day after I decided to withdraw the 100 I had left but was refused because they needed more ID checks. I ended up stupidly spending the 100 whilst waiting verification. I haven't been on the site since until the other day. I won 250..
Tried to withdraw and guess what they need a proof of address. So I have sent utility bills twice both have been rejected. This morning I sent a bank statement. I am waiting now with baited breath. I have 250 pound in that I cannot yet access. What can I do if they now reject my bank statement. I've never known a site so difficult to withdraw from. No problem depositing though

Don't go near this site. It's just a rip off site will take your money before asking for documents but once you win they will d anything not to verify your account and pay out.

awful website, seriously awful. they will complete some withdrawals and then for others want photos of my physical card which I’ve sent over to them many of times. once this withdrawal is processed eventually I will be taking my complaint further and then closing the account. absolutely terrible customer support no one wants to take ownership it’s always someone else replying 3 days later. I’ve sent multiple documents to the company and eventually had them verified but this card photo they don’t like however they don’t bother to tell you why. I’ve had this issue ongoing for 2 months and like I say customer support isn’t professional, it’s always someone else responding 3 days later who give the same information again. I’m let down because I like the site but the services and support I absolutely don’t.
