1st tie insurer with them , price was very good, terms and condition were good ,no claims as yet and not planning on any (touch wood.)
Regular emails sent with trip ,ideas ,events , products etc.
Seems like a very good Insurance company that I will be with for a long time.

Shannon was fabulous- he just loves helping customers and is in the right role - He would be a great coach for new starters - he explained everything and ensured we understood everything ie claim process, premiums may increase etc. He also adjusted our policy which had the incorrect year of manufacturer on our policy and used his initiative to have the difference in premium written off - a nice bonus for us.. We have our Caravan insurance with KT Insurance and will look to move this across to Club 4 x 4

The staff I spoke with were very helpful and polite and had good knowledge of my situation.

I made a rear window claim on my Hilux after only having the policy less than a week (I had glass cover thankfully). I got straight through on the phone and the lady was great. She explained the process well and let me chose how I wanted the repair handled and I was happy for her to organise it on my behalf. It was dealt with super quick and in less than 24 hrs my repair was professionally completed. I've rarely experienced such exceptional service and I'm really happy I made the insurer switch this year.

What made me go with Club 4x4 was the T.V ads and checking reviews. The quote online was easy and then I called and spoke to a consultant on the Sunshine Coast and he was great. We went through the quote it was thorough and he was knowledgeable and easy to chat with. Most of all for what is covered and where you can travel off road the premium was very competitive. Service, the staff and customer service was top class.
