You would not believe what the apartment looked like before and after. My grandmother had lived alone for years and neglected her space badly, after she passed, I hired Clutter Free to help me. They did a BEYOND amazing job. It was so clean I barely recognized the place. Nothing was left out...every corner, molding, floor tile, cabinet door, etc...it was spotless. Please don't hesitate, these guys are amazing, and professional and on top of it SO NICE!! Thank you so much again, I wouldn't hesitate to come back if I needed your services again in the future!

I can not express in words how grateful I am to Raul and his awesome crews! His professionalism and helpful nature made what seemed to be an impossible task - possible. From the time of the estimate to the last day Raul made the entire process move flawlessly. The first day the guys arrived ready to work and didn't leave until the job was complete. If they found papers or valuables they brought them to us to review or for safe keeping. The next day the cleaning and disinfecting crew came in. The group was a few guys and a lovely group of ladies who worked extremely hard to make sure everything was picked up, cleaned off, walls disinfected and the rooms staged to look awesome. When I looked at the finished product I just sobbed with joy! While they were cleaning the guys pressure washed the outside of the house, porches and patio. WOW! A lot of the items that were in the home were new. Raul came suggested that we hold a yard sale the second day and helped us to run it. We made over $2,500 to pay for medical bills, repairs and some extra spending cash. Thank God for Clutter Free Junk Removal!

We thought it would take weeks to clean up the house, it was filled with so much junk we couldn't even oopen the front door all the way, It was treacherous walking around, we couldn't see the floors or the walls the piles were so high. Two days of Clutter Free and it was a house again. Absolutely cleared out, disinfected, bug and rodent-free. They even shined up all the crystals in the chandeliers. I cried bittersweet tears when I saw the place. If only the owner had let us clean out her house for her before she died. I would recommend them to every one.

The work was done well. The workers were courteous. Everything was finished on time. There was no clean up after they left as they dusted and swept up everything.

I called Clutter Free Junk Removal Service regarding cleaning out my mom's basement and garage which had been neglected for years. Raul came out, gave my a very fair quote and the job was completed in one day. From my first call through job completion was eight days total. I am extremely pleased with their work. The basement had to be gutted. The workers who came were profession, polite and worked hard. All of the unwanted items and trash was removed from the basement and garage. They took out water damaged dry wall, cabinets and ceiling tiles, sink and shower. The floors were scraped (old linoleum tiles) and power washed. The basement which Is roughly 600 square feet, is now emaculate. Everything I asked was done to my extreme satisfaction. The price was very reasonable which help fit my elderly mother's budget. I highly recommend this company! I will be using them again for any future projects.

Wonderful stress free experience! I had no idea how I was going to empty out my parents 3 bedroom apartment. When my mom decided to move in with us, we had to clear out her home of over 50 years and move her furniture and things to our house. Raoul and his team were fantastic! They were helpful, responsive, accommodating, efficient and tireless workers. The cost was very reasonable. What could have been a difficult transition was made easy by their excellent service. First and foremost, my only mistake throughout the process of cleaning out my grandmothers house was NOT going to Raul and the clutter free team SOONER!!

From the first call with Raul, he not only set up a free estimate for removal within two days of the call, he PERSONALLY showed up and did it himself and brought a small team with him. My wife and I also expressed our concern about the need for the house to be cleaned and exterminated. He told me his company ALSO did that!

Upon his arrival for the estimate, his expertise was shown immediately by how he looked at every room; floors, walls and ceilings with a flashlight!! Afterward he explained in detail how many trucks he would need for removal, how many men and set up a day right then and there.. Afterward we set up a day each for the cleaning then the extirmination, ALL with an upfront price before he left from the estimate. All three jobs were done in THREE consecutive days with No BS, no hassle and NO WAITING. Completely made us feel like a priority; and we really were!!... Total one stop shipping.

During the whole process we had some questions. Using the number Raul gave us to call if we needed, he either answered right away or called back within minutes of leaving a voicemail. If he couldn't answer our questions he found someone that could within the company, ie(the exterminator).

Lastly, the removal crew of 6 men were the most efficient team I have ever seen. Yet the speed was not their only quality. Numerous times they found some family photos, albums, potentially important papers and even money mixed in with all the junk. They let my wife and I know immediately about the items in the event we wanted to save them. I couldn't speak better of the men.

The cleaning crew the next day also did such an amazing job; cleaning the floors, walls and ceilings. They even wiped down three shelves of about 30 of grandmas ceramic figurines!! I can't make this stuff up. Completely blown away.

The last day was the exterminator. Jason showed up promptly, explained what he was going to do and how long to stay out of the area. He also is going to come BACK to the house to follow up and treat AGAIN, if needed, for free....

My wife and I had zero issues and zero worries with this company through the ENTIRE PROCESS. No embelishment, no exaduration.
