CoachHire.com.au Reviews

I recently booked a coach for my wedding through Chris Burt, and I must say, the experience was outstanding! From the very first call, everything was handled with such efficiency. The booking process was a breeze, and the value for money truly impressed us. On our special day, the driver was not only punctual but also incredibly professional and friendly, adding to the joy of our celebration. I couldn't have asked for a better service on a day that meant so much to us. Highly recommend their services for any couple looking for reliable transportation on their wedding day!

Great experience, driver was on time and patient. But lots of fun. Put the music up for great atmosphere travelling between destinations for our work christmas party.

We hired buses for a company charter a few months ago. The team at CoachHire helped us out when we needed to amend the timetable for the day the evening prior. Plus, our bus driver was also very flexible and kind, dealing with some changes on the day. Overall, a great experience. Bus was clean and tidy too.

The driver was on time and very friendly! Moreover, the team was very easy to contact and had very good support desk. Reasonably priced and highly recommend it!

We are a group of students on a trip. The driver was punctual, waiting for us at the agreed right location. The approximately one-hour journey was very smooth, and the driver, despite our possible noise, was very friendly. The return trip was equally enjoyable as he safely brought us to our destination. Everyone was very pleased, and we will choose Coach Hire for our next group outing.

Keith was easy to deal with and our driver was on time and happy to accomodate our needs. The van was very clean & suitable for the party!!
Highly recommend

Efficient, clean bus, friendly driver and very accomodating.

Because every time I make a booking with the company, it receives the fastest, best service, and best price and good customer service from the staff,

The experience was painless, extremely professional and very accommodating. The lead up to the event was transparent and efficient. The driver was on time, professional and very accommodating. I would recommend CoachHire to anyone and I will be using them again in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with this CoachHire company. I work for an NGO and organized a day out for a big group of clients with different ages and needs with a small budget 😅. Chris had given me a deal that no other companies could match. Later, I had to change the schedule and they made everything so easy for me. Every special requests such as how many toilet break stops was clearly listed. I booked a 49 seaters but I've got a 57 seaters turned up with a wonderful driver, Tony. He was so patient, funny and very helpful. He even helped carry my stuff. Regardless what happened on the way, he was always able to make jokes to make us laugh. On the way back the traffic was heavy so he actively took different route to avoid the traffic. My clients and I was very grateful for the pleasant experience. ❤
I have recommended this bus company to a few colleagues and highly recommend to anyone.
I hope they continue to provide such an amazing 👏 service to the community. I will definitely use them again and will ask for Tony. 😍

Was a great driver, good communication in booking, best pricing i saw, smooth journey filled with good times. would highly recommend

Really happy with the service. Our driver was super friendly and on time. He made the trip enjoyable and when collecting us after the event, he was waiting with a flashlight to make it easy to locate him. Will definitely use the service again.

Really great experience with Chris! We were a bit unsure of our numbers at first and he was able to cater to that be providing flexible quoting. Would book again!

The experience hiring a bus to transport us for our work event was so great! From the point of enquiring about available options to finalizing the booking it was so prompt and easy! On the day the driver arrived on time, was easy to get in contact with and the bus was in great condition. Highly recommend using CoachHire if you need to hire any transport!

so easy to deal with the company. from me changing requirements, sorting out pick up location and changing details on the, nothing was too much for them. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Definitely would recommend Coach Hire! They made our trip so easy and hassle free. Our driver was on time, vehicle was clean and the price was very competitive. Will absolutely be using them again in the future!

Nothing was an issue and made it easy to find him after the event.

Easy to book with Johnny, Coach was on time and in great condition. Excellent value for money we will definitely ride with these guys again.

The trip was excellent and smooth. The driver was a great guy and very kind. A couple issues regarding service which is not the drivers fault but all was fixed as he worked together with us, definitely recommend this company.
