What made my experience great was the fact that everything is absolutely done for you and super user-friendly.
From helping with Funding. To helping you run the numbers for the specific apartment or homes that you have in mind so you can have an idea of potentially how much you can make compared to comparable sized apartments for homes within the area is perfect. Also, they walk you through the Process from getting Funding to finding the unit and then signing the lease and going down the checklist of all the amenities that needs to be signed up and under your business name to ensure a smooth and seamless set up so that you can be ready for your first booking. This company is organized, helpful, absolutely supportive and always available to assist you with the multitude of questions that I’m sure any first time AirBnB host will have.

The Experience was optimal, the management team were always swift with communication through the whole process, we got our funding and will be investing as soon as possible.

This is an honest transparent review regarding the funding process. Based on the initial presentation of the package, I expected a much more hands-on approach. I was under the impression that "assisting with funding" meant the company had direct contacts or established banking relationships to help secure capital. Instead, I received a Canva step-by-step guide and was told to apply online myself.

​While the guide was helpful, I strongly suggest that the funding assistance be a separate fee from the main mentorship. In my case—despite having great credit—the credit card limits I was approved for did not cover the amount needed to start my first unit. I ultimately will have to use my own personal funds. This raises a concern: if a student doesn't have extra cash on hand, they would be unable to move forward in the process after already paying for the mentorship.

​Furthermore, "funding" in this program refers exclusively to credit cards. I had expected a range of options, such as loans or grants. Through my own research, I’ve found several free online resources for small business startup grants—capital that doesn’t have to be paid back.

​Communication was also a challenge at some point as I requested a call multiple times to discuss these hurdles, but it took a significant amount of time to receive a response.

Final Thought: I believe future customers should be fully aware that "funding assistance" consists primarily of a credit report review and a set of instructional slides. For the price point, I expected more direct advocacy and a broader range of financial tools.

Avoid — Extremely Costly “Done For You” Service With Poor Execution

I strongly advise against working with Staly or Coach Inayah.

I signed contracts for three properties under their “done-for-you” service. From the beginning, the experience has been chaotic, expensive, and deeply disappointing.

In addition to their initial fees, I was charged approximately $20,000 per property, yet the entire budgets were quickly exhausted on low-quality furniture, poor design decisions, and substandard execution. The end result was not only far below expectations, but significantly worse than what I could have achieved independently at a fraction of the cost.

Communication was consistently poor. There were too many team members involved, no clear accountability, and no reliable project management.
As a result:

Items were delayed, lost, broken, or never delivered

Timelines were missed repeatedly

Commitments were not honored

Information was miscommunicated or changed without notice

Rather than listening to client goals, I felt pressured into accepting properties and decisions that did not meet reasonable standards and ultimately created more financial burden, stress, and ongoing expenses.

Once payments were made, there was a noticeable lack of care or responsibility for outcomes.

As a result of this experience, I am now over €70,000 in debt, with recurring monthly costs that are not sustainable — directly tied to decisions made under their guidance.

This service is marketed as a professional, hands-off solution. In reality, it has been one of the most financially damaging business decisions I have made and as time consuming--if not more so--than if I'd done it myself. At least then I'd not have to run around in circles trying to get answers to solve the problems that were created without my knowledge.

I would not recommend this company to anyone considering property investment or a “done-for-you” model. You'd be better off doing it on your own.

I really appreciate all the work the team put in to help me get started. I wouldn’t be in such a great position without them. I highly recommend working with them if you value professionalism and real results.

I’m so glad I chose Coach Inaya, I’ve been following her for a while,
I ended up paying $8k for another Co which was good, but for me at age 70! And doing this all by myself!
I had Fears! Their team is amazing so far with support, I’m still new but I chose to get the “Done for you” now it’s not so hard and the fears are so much less!

The class was so informative and I love how Inayah gave us a few options on how to take action in starting up with Airbnb! There are options such as taking it on yourself and allowing her team to support you in every step-as long as you take action. There’s something about that that I love!
