This was our first time using Coastal for our airport transfer, the whole booking process was really easy. Due to some personal reasons we had to get an earlier flight home with very short notice, Dan made sure there was a driver waiting for us when we got back to the UK, he couldnt do enough for us! So grateful to Dan and David for all their help!

From the off. Coastal taxi were great and efficient. Other companies were asking £50 to £200 more than Coastal were asking for. Dan was in contact the whole time and keep it simple and honest. I have a family of 6 people so we got a mini bus to Liverpool airport on the day of their title parade. The driver Neil was extremely polite and courteous, and happy to chat when we wanted. The biggest reason we got a taxi to the airport was that our flight got back in at midnight. Not a problem for Neil who was waiting there for us. A quick phone call to him as we got our luggage and he was there and took us home. A 5☆ performance from a local company. 👍

We have used Dan’s company before and absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Professional, reliable and friendly. We had a nightmare this holiday with a flight cancellation and then a further delay and he kept in touch throughout, reassuring us there would be no problems for us back in the UK and sure enough he was there waiting for us when we landed to finally get us home. Nothing was a problem for him.

Good efficient service at a good price

I have used Coastal for a few years now and I have never encountered a problem. Michael picked us up at 01:30 and kept us updated on where to meet him. He also kindly offered to take us to pick up bread/milk if we needed it. Very friendly and we will continue to use Coastal.

My wife and I have used Dan’s Coastal Airport Transfers for a number of years following being let down by a previous company. We will continue to contact Dan for any trips as we find the service to be utterly reliable and also competitive in price. Over time we have met a number of drivers, even Dan himself, and without exception we find them to be professional, courteous, kind and respectful. If you like to chat they will, or if you prefer a silent trip they are equally accommodating. The cars are always comfortable, clean, quiet and reliable but also come with free bottles of water for travellers suffering from aircraft dehydration. Fantastic service, have used Dan and the team for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Bookings are dealt with efficiently by Dan, and he messages to confirm the time of collections and the name of the driver, all of which are friendly. The cars are clean and tidy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
