Didn't think this would be real. From placing my order it took about a month to arrive as it has to be made. Communicated with me the whole way and they even paid £23 to change part of my address that I messed up on. The doll is amazing feels almost identical to real skin and weighs exactly the same as a real person would. Compared to other websites these dolls are extremely cheap. I'll be ordering another soon
Customer service is awful, one minute they allow modifications and returns then next minute they don't. Then they say so many days for delivery but then what they don't tell you is the products have to be made.
Unlike other reviews, i got my package after 10 work days. The problem is they don't inform you very well about the current status of the package, they don't even inform you about where it will be delivered, and who will deliver it. If you want to buy here, make sure that EVERY information is correct, otherwise they might ship it to the wrong adress
Never received the product. Asked for a refund. At first they replied in incoherent one sentence emails. Can’t reach them anymore.
Deffo not a scam as mentioned in an earlier review. Takes a while to deliver and there is no tracking information provided after confirmation of order.
Overall though, very good as they seem to have best prices and a good range of products. I will use again.
