Their staff in the shop on the Mumbai airport international is ignorant and brazen. Despite the payments confirmation in my UPI they refused to finalize my purchase, claiming the money have been not transferred to their account. According to the employee, the Money app "never works" with their company. Mony confirmed the transaction. The incompetence of the employee explains the problem better. If you do not pay with cash better avoid.

Good collection of products at their stores.

Horrible staffs experience at Ahmedabad airport.
They are so uneducated and sick behavior. They don't know anything. We were suppose to have a complimentary coffee. They clicked photos of us. But at the end didn't served us coffee. Saying it's not getting uploaded. They are cheater. Please take strict action against the staff

The worst experience ever.
The support team does jot respond and keeps asking for time where they never reply.
They claim that the delivery will be made within 48 hours but it does not get to you till 20 days. When the package comes it’s not in good condition. I refused to take the package and returned it.
Its been almost 2 months that I have been chasing them for my refund but they are not giving it and are not even responding saying they need to confirm with the delivery partner as to why it got delayed.

Very bad service and support team is not at all courteous and supportive.

I would recommend never to buy cococart online.

Worst delivery: melted and delivered with a full of 🐜 don't buy. no proper response. Customersupport ist very rude.

Nicely packaged with gel pack. My expiry date was over 6 months away for Weddel. Chocolate were melt free. Very fast shipping and Overall very happy with purchase and will be buying from Cococart again

Very terrible service. Disappointed with the chocolate quality received as it was badly molten. The delivery guy delayed the delivery and blocked my numbers / any attempt to contact him. Upon complaining to the cococart, they behaved too unprofessionally and didn't take any responsibility / course of action

Very slow delivery despite taking delivery charges. Promised 48 hr delivery but still haven't got my package, been 5 days already n package is still in another city.

It took 7 days to get the delivery done.
I was expecting to be delivered in 1-2 days. Their delivery partner is pathetic.
The delivery partner spent 4 days in shuttling the parcel between 2 depots for 3 time in same Bangalore City. Their delivery partner did not use the common sense of calling customer or using Google map to check correct address. Useless delivery partner and useless Cococart customer service

Cococart is a disgusting chocolate retailer. I knew a employee who used to work at their storage centre Bengaluru near Hebbal. He revealed me that all they do at that place is extend the expiry date of already expired chocolates.

I ordered 3 Lindt chocolate bars from Cococart. Not trusting their brand, I decided to order through COD. When the order arrived, I tried to feel the contents from outside package and found something like a bottle inside, and not 3 chocolates. On peeping in, I saw a lotus biscoff spread inside and did not take delivery. Would advice all to keep away from this brand.

Ordered earlier from Cococart and experience was adequate at best. This time, I placed order #COCO25481 and the delivery was quite late. Moreover, 2 items were missing from the package. Tried contacting helpline number, no one picked up even after 20 minutes. Tried contacting on whatsapp, they stopped replying after getting to know the issue. Please refrain from buying through Cococart to avoid fraudulent experience.

Disgusting experience at Phoneix market,Pune store... How can u store your lindt chocolates in a plastic box at normal temperature, wasnt even sure if the AC worked in an open shop? No closed door? Stop selling them if u cant fulfill their maintenance cost. Diasaster!Pathetic taste..no where does it matches to the quality LINDT holds. It was completely gooey the moment we had one. Worst! Dont even deserve that 1 star rating. Sell local chocolate instead if u cant afford to maintain authenticity of a product.
