We placed online lunch order for a VIP meeting, only a half of the order was delivered, they answered was: Sorry about the confusion. For some reason when the order sheet was printed this part was missed out and we do not have this available at the moment. We will issue a refund for the missing items and my colleague will follow up with this. Unfortunately not good enough, we won't be using them again.

Great for a quick after school

Given 2 stars because they put barely any sauce with the bolognese and mince based foods, so no longer using. Waste of £16 for my kiddies . Refused to eat it. Cheaper to buy the pasta and make yourself

I went into the White city branch paid for a chicken caesar & bacon baguett, never got it when I spoke with a muslim lady who was the manager I told her that I was waiting for my food she told me I should have taken this from the fridge which is on the left as you come into the store and they were now sold out I asked for refund and was told I would get my money in 2 to 3 days back into my account I then asked for proof that the money will be refunded to my account she told me she could not do that I would have to wait, I asked her what happens if I'm not refunded she said I can come back and she will remeber me and I could get somthig else.
this store takes your money right away,but if there is a proplem you have to wait this lady showed very little interest in resolving this and showed no interest in trying to help me her level of customer service was non-excitent and it seemed more like it was my problem and not really hers
Will tell friends and family to avoid this branch

worse food i have ate in my life and i have had street food in india / china / indonesia / brazil . avoid this place. i am contacting food standard agency tomorrow first thing in the morning , investigate all of their locations as this can't go on ! hopefully close all of them down

Food missing all three sauces and taste really bad and small portions.

Very disappointing food. Sides are average but the garlic bread is pictures as a whole garlic bread but then arrives cut in half. Pasta is very bland, hardly any sauce and I’m not sure they’ve even been introduced to seasoning. I should have read the reviews before ordering. Complete waste of money!

Coco has gone really downhill in the last year. My pasta is overcooked and soggy, very little sauce. Also the self service tills have completely killed the buzz of the place. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Generally an unfriendly atmosphere. Won't be going back again, having frequented 20+ times previously.

So unhelpful, ordered £45 worth of food, marked as delivered, absolutely nothing arrived. Phoned the restaurant and was basically told it wasn’t there issue anymore as it had been collected, nothing offered, no numbers to help contact, absolutely will not order from here again.

Coco di mama west end got to be worst scam in history ever always caught my eye on Uber eats and never ordered it but gave it a chance today on photos pasta looks creamy in person was bland over cooked pasta and no flavour never complained about anything online my ordered altogether including delivery would have been £28 over priced garbage shut the restaurant down look at how many negative reviews

We both ordered garlic bread with our pasta - they just cut one in half and gave us half each ?!
My pesto pasta had almost no pesto and the sundried tomatoes were just regular chopped cherry tomatoes.

Fed up of the consistent issues. Don't bother

Proper scam , a bucket with just pasta and a tea spoon of sauce, tasteless, always missing items from the order, ordered 2 garlic breads and they cut 1 in half to sell it as two .. I prefer to stay hungry than pay them again

i orderd twice in 2 days both my orders had something missing one was garlic bread and second one was chocolate cake im not ordering again pasta is nice shame that everything is missing all the time

Ordered 5 things only received 4 of them. Both mains where wrong. I have IBS so spicy food really doesn't help but that's what you sent. Staff didn't answer the phone after 4 attempts 25min before the shop closed.

Second time ordering and both times have been wring

Order completely wrong and they didn't even knowledge it even when we send the photo to them shocking customer service this was the Hampton court branch

Ordered three times from this company this year. Same branch used in South Woodford.
First time not an issue, it was just a little late.
Second time arrived late & cold.
Third time even later and so cold I refused delivery and told the driver to take it back. Tried to call them to make a complaint, no one cares.

We did not receive our order, unhelpful staff coco di mama they use just eat delivery drivers, to deliver there food,
They have no trace of their own food where it has gone. Disgraceful service so we’re left with no which we paid for!! it seems our problem now to recover the money. Do not use this restaurant to order your food as you will never see it!

truly, the worst italian I have ever eaten.

how does 30p worth of wet, bloated pasta, with barely any sauce on it and one scrap of meat justify an almost £10 price tag? all went in the bin, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
