1.thing, place the order, and did not get here on time way way
2. The flower that I order from their website on the picture once I get it, it doesn't look anything at all the flower wall that I received..
3. Third the flower on the website is full of flowers. You don't see no green. My flower that I receive that wall has gaps everywhere or you could see the green in between and a small gaps. It has big gaps..
I emailed them twice that to please send me extra flowers because it was false advertising because the website and the one that I received two different colors and two is way different so many gaps.. I will put an update to see if they are going to send me extra flowers. They said that they will so I asked them to send me a tracking number so I will be updating to see if they a good customer service and they want to continue for people to buy flowers walls.. This is my number eight flower wall, but from this company that was the first time that I ordered from them and it was not a good experience. I wish they gave you an option to put pictures so I could put them side to side so you can see what I'm talking about.

I just started my event rental business, and I came across the add for flower walls with Coco Flower Walls. It was hard at first to decide which one to purchase as they all were prettier than the next. I actually ended up purchasing 3 8ft x 8ft flower walls and let me tell you they were worth the wait!! When I opened up the packaging I was absolutely blown away with the quality, density and beauty of them all. I did not want to take them down. Friends and Family all commented how gorgeous they are!. I'm sooo thankful I came across Cocoflowerwalls.com. Getting ready to purchase more ! Best Buy for my money for sure . Thank you Cocoflower wall for having a premier product !!

The flower walls came and although it took some time, 3-4 months, the package arrived and quality was as advertised. I had some shipping issues to Alaska but the service was very communicative and professional—I appreciated that!

I definitely love the flower wall! Excellent quality. Exactly what I was looking for. It did take longer than the typical delivery time but I was aware of how long it may take for delivery. Would recommend but order in advance before event. It took me about 3 months to get from the time of order. But definitely worth the wait.

I was shock on how great and vibrant the flower wall looked I was a little skeptical cause it took a little longer than I expected, but they do explain it takes 50 days to get. I am so happy with it looking to order another one.

This company is VERY unprofessional! I placed my first order with them 2 months ago and still hadn’t received my order so reached out to ask where it was and they said my package was “missing”. First off, I never even received an alert that my order shipped so I doubt they ever shipped it. Second, they don’t have a working phone number or email so the only way to contact them is through their chat feature on their websites that they rarely respond to. All around a frustrating situation! I then sent a message in the chat asking for them to just send me the replacement flower wall because I needed it and no response. I would steer clear of this company.

I had a great experience purchasing the Park 2D Artificial Zip Up Curtain Flower Wall from CocoFlower. Their website was easy to use, and they responded quickly to my email inquiry.
