Promising but missing important features
Positive: nice design, easy setup, good video quality
Negative: not all phones are always seen right as present/absent, quite some false alerts but most importantly: at night my phone has the not disturb feature on. Obviously in case of intruders I want to know this. A schedule for automatic sound alarm and/or bypassing the not disturb feature (iPhone, so not possible maybe) would be nice.

I had to be patiënt but they deliverd.
It was a new development and some things took a bit longer but it was worth waiting.

It took some time but the result is satisfying
The company delivered the product promised. It is a good product. However, it took more time as estimated and the product (especially the software) leave room for improvement. I would buy a Cocoon again.

Piece of mind in one tiny device!
Living in East London, security has always been a day to day concern, but the home security market is quite an intimidating one to step into.
My partner and I are quite early on in our careers and the prospect of signing up to high-cost monthly payments with a security company was outside of our comfort zone. A friend told us about Cocoon and we haven't looked back!
I'm not the most tech savvy but I am attached to my iPhone. Having visibility of what's happening in my flat no matter where I am is so assuring! Easy to set-up (plug in and download app), and easy to use!
Highly recommend it for busy homeowners who don't want the hassle of traditional security services.

Getting better all the time, great customer service.
I've been following these guys since inception and my cocoon was one of the first batch, so I've had some time to 'get to know' the device.
The product is great, some minor bugs but the software updates keep improving all the time. They really take user feedback on board.
The customer service is just brilliant, replying quickly and issues being owned to resolution... it's not often you hear that in this day and age!
Well worth looking at if you're thinking of home security.
