Product looks great and sits nicely in the room. Easy installation, very smooth app. Feels great to have security peace of mind without installation hassle, no drilling, no monthly fees. Good quality audio and video. Had to reinstall internet in the house, reinstalled the Cocoon with ease. Highly recommended.

Dead easy to setup, really easy to arm and does what it needs to 👍🏻 I didn’t want to spend loads on security and yet wanted to make sure I felt we had something adequate.

One of the best gadgets that I have at home. Not only does it provide safety and comfort knowing that my home is protected, it is also a beautiful contraption that nestles perfectly within my bookshelf.

I've been using Cocoon for about 6 months to keep an eye on dog/look after the house while I'm away at work. It picks the dog walker up coming and going each day, and doesn't get triggered by the dog running around the house. Took about a week to learn the house and I get about 3 alerts a day now - comforting. I have recommended to others.

Simple to set up and easy to view, alarm function is very useful

Very poor piece of kit, worked for a few days then wouldn't recognise the coming and goings of our family members, to an extent that it was saying that I'd left the house at several occasions and armed itself even though I was in all day, my wife leaves for work at 7am and it will say she left a various times throughout the day, waste of money and has now been put back in the box and stored in the garage ready for a boot sale!!!

A different approach and as such a bit unnerving but pieces of the technology have been around in other apps for some time so everything is well tested - it's just never been combined before (as far as I'm aware).

Needs some work still but I'm convinced and willing to stick with it as it develops.

Having used this for a few weeks I am impressed by it's performance. I get alerts when an unusual occurrence happens, although this is usually the wind outside or a noise from a delivery or postman. The best thing is that the happenings are saved for later viewing, unlike the other cameras that demand a monthly fee to store any incidents.

Been using Cocoon for over 6 months now and it is really useful to monitor comings and goings in real time, and quite funny to listen to the builders when they are in!
Our car valeter let himself in once, shortly after having a haircut, and we didn't recognise him, so we set the alarm off from 200 miles away. Got a panicky call from his mobile 10 seconds later and turned the alarm off 2 seconds after that.

I found purchasing and installation of cocoon very easy the app is simple to use my only criticism is it does not switch on at night when I go to bed this is when I feel I need the protection too. However I feel my home is proctected when I am away. Found it tricky to add another device (person) to the app although there is a helpline ❤️

I love my Cocoon. It is easy to access while we are away and so provides peace of mind on weekend trips or longer holidays.
