Again like other purchasers, if I had read the reviews on this company I would not have purchased.
Items received from UK source but Returns to USA at own cost!!!
After countless emails I am still waiting for Returns advice. I do not intend to give up.
I am going to take advice from Trading Standards
Shame there is no -1* rating.

You would do better to dig a hole, chuck your money into it, douse it with petrol and set light to it.
I spent £88 on three trashy swimsuits and then another £20 in postage to send back to USA. That was weeks ago and still no refund BUT they did offer me £8 back to settle the matter! Incredulous 🤨 Mel Hoad.

Following on from my previous review…
The 2 swimsuits eventually turned up just in time for my holiday. I actually found the quality good but unfortunately the sizing was way inconsistent. The palm leaf tankini/skirt was ok (I’m a size 16-18 and ordered XXL) but the bandeau multi coloured one was really a 12-14 fit even though XXL was ordered. The website is not operational and keeps bouncing back so a return will be difficult . Shame.

Also been caught by this website - thought I was on a reputable UK site as name very similar. Same experience as others, items took forever to arrive and don't fit. No packing slip or info on returns, email address doesn't go anywhere. AVOID.

Ordered swimsuit which took a little longer than had hoped and arrived when I was on holiday.

Shape was disproportionately short and padded cups were small offering little support so wasn't keeping it for the next holiday!

Returns are basically impossible. They use every tactic they can to put you off/stall.

What a dishonest and awful business model!

Ordered a swimsuit about 5 weeks ago. Have received an email today to say it has been delivered but it hasn't. I don't expect to receive my swimsuit or a refund, wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

Six week wait for delivery. I had No idea company was in USA. I thought I bought a bright pink comfy hoodie that looked great on advert. I actually bought a badly made and ugly oversized rag. Conned completely. Putting it down to a bad experience. I will be more careful in future.

Don't touch them with a barge pole! Order from a .co.uk website which leads you to believe it's in the UK. Despite following the sizing guide it doesn't fit and my experience of trying to return it and obtain a refund are aggravating. They are rude, I have to justify why I want to return it, they make insulting offers and today have asked me if I "want to insist on returning it to a US warehouse"?? What I want to insist on is a full refund! They might want to acquaint themselves with consumer rights.

I fell ino the same trap as most other people. The costume was too big. I asked for a refund and was offered 20% of the cost back. If you don't accept it they simply stop all communications. Their emails have a hint of threat in them. Very unpleasnat people and a comany that should not be allowed to trade never mind advertise on Facebook.

My order took just over a week to arrive which was acceptable but then the issues arose. How I wished I had read the reviews beforehand!
It really annoys me that this company has been less than honest on their website as to where they are shipping from & that any returns require sending back to the USA with tracking- very expensive!
I have given them 2* on the basis that at least we were able to maintain communication throughout the process of returning the items. Some emails were written with not particularly good English & at odd times which made me suspect that this was a Chinese company shipping from the USA.
I did find it useful to sign up for updates of my tracking order with Royal Mail as I could see precisely where my package was on its journey.
My advice ~ read the reviews on any company before purchasing!

Costume was ridiculously small, even though I ordered it as per their size guide. I asked for a refund. The reply suggested that I give it to a friend or a charity!
I replied no I want a refund and I have not heard back from them.
I wish I had read the reviews first. Do not use this company.

Placed order for £39.04 this morning.
Within minutes, £48.80 taken from my account.
So far, no reply to e-mails.

Buyer beware - I have purchased items from this company and had to return as they were not suitable poor quality. Have incurred costs for tracked international return which arrived in USA 17/7 and still awaiting refund 2 months later. Items are sent from China and any returns go back to USA. Address provided for returns appears to be invalid and this is not a uk company. Is this a scam it would appear so. Would not recommend purchasing goods.

Truly a rubbish company. Use a .co.Uk website to dupe you into thinking shipping is from the UK but it’s from the US. Took three weeks to arrive . Poor quality and poor fit. Followed the return process and after four emails back and forth they are still trying to offer me a part refund rather than me send back for a full refund, I wouldn’t mind if the part refund was anywhere near close to what I paid for the items. Do not use!

I also experienced the ridiculous returns policy of this company, and would strongly recommend not to use them.
Essentially you have to send returns back to US at own expense. Even more bizarrely they offer you GBP20 to keep the stuff.

I agree with all the other poor reviews, would give 0 stars if possible. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Package takes weeks to arrive so not in time for my holiday! I’m now trying to get them to respond to my emails so I can return and get a refund! So disappointing, do not use them!

This is not a good company. Items take quite a while to arrive. The quality is poor. Returning items is a complete nightmare. I will avoid & STONGLY recommend others do as well. There are better & more competent businesses for these items.

I ordered 4 bathing suits for choice, a good 7 weeks before my holiday. When they were not sent 4 weeks later, I contacted the company to ask what is going on. It only took 3 emails before they said one of them is not in stock – I asked for a refund, they only refunded the one bathing suit and finally send the rest. They arrived a full day before my holiday! I quickly chose one and went on to approve a return and send the rest (at my expense, and considerable cost) before I leave for holiday. Coming back, three weeks have passed, and no refund. I contacted the company again, they asked for the tracking number. Seeing how late the suits arrived, and how stressed I was to return them (14 days from receipt is your limit. Doesn’t matter how long it took them to actually send them), I couldn’t find the tracking number. They then claimed without the tracking number they cannot trace my parcel – even though it had the order number in BIG RED PRINT on the package, the package could not be traced in their vast warehouse. So now I am more that a £100 down, with one ok swim suit to show for it. The worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Did I say DO NOT BUY yet?

Wish I’d read the reviews here before ordering. I ordered a swimsuit in two sizes. Took two weeks to arrive and one was a different style!! Returns cost more than the item and my partial refund offer was £6 which covered their postage. I’ve been e-mailing for three weeks as they sent the wrong item therefore it is their fault but they just keep ignoring the issue. I’ve raised this with my credit card company who can see the problem immediately so hopefully it will be resolved. Avoid at all costs.

I have only starred to write a thank you for reviews,I was going to order something till I read the reviews so won't bother now
