Worst Customer Service I've seen in a long time.
We purchased 2 oberservation tower by mistake. The moment we realized (2 minutes), we immediately wrote to them to explain the situation and cancel one of the order. They refused to do so saying the order was already being processed which is humainly impossible. I called and sent emails again and again. They keep saying they can't do anything as if they had no control over anything.
They can easily take your money but god forbid you needed any help, they automatically detach themselves from the responsibility.
I thought buying local would have its benefits but its companies like this that make you go back to amazon. Say what you want but customer service is key and you will not find the key there.

J'ai communiqué avec l'entreprise mais c'est une Intelligence Artificielle qui me répond.
Depuis la vente de l'entreprise québécoise, les communications se font souvent en anglais sur le site.
Le service à la clientèle est médiocre.
Aucun retour mis à part d'être désolé.
Manque de suivi.

J'ai reçu la livraison avec tout les articles achetés en bon état.
Toutefois, sur 7 articles dont un seul était en attente de réapprovisionnement, la cie a offert la livraison gratuite pour le temps des fêtes aux acheteurs. J'aurai apprécié que Coco village puisse minimalement m'envoyer les articles présents (puisque la livraison était offerte gratuitement) mais ils n'ont pas voulu.
Bref, j'ai tout reçu mais sans excuses ou dédommagements.
Déçue du service à la clientèle. Je vais m'orienter vers d'autres cies pour les années à venir
Horrible customer service, once they have your money they don't care. I ordered two items, picky one was sent despite the packing slip stating both were sent. I contacted then multiple times and was assured they would look until it. I never received a response.
Edit: I did not give my order number because the company already has it, I have supplied it several times directly to the company with no resolution, so I do not expect it to be any different now. Their copy and paste response to everyone is indifferent and insincere.

Absolute garbage service. My wife ordered an educational tower to match a walnut finish in our kitchen. It arrived in an orange paint and she said because it was assembled they would not return it. I’ve seen firewood look better than this. We will be going to all social media platforms until this is rectified.

I ordered the wooden walker as a gift at the end of September and just gave it to my niece as a birthday present. The product didn’t even last a day of her playing with it as a piece fell off the front. When I contacted the support line they wouldn’t do anything to help me as the order was longer then 30 day old. I understand not allowing returns after 30 days but you should stand behind the durability of your product. This toy was a gift and not even a month and a half old if they look at it from the order date. A child’s toy should not break within one play of it. I will never order from this company again!

I placed two different orders for my grandson. The first order was placed in January for a tower, and walker. The second order placed a month later for an activity table. They were both preorders that would be shipped in several weeks with a date range. As I was hopeful and thinking I should have the walker for his first Birthday in April, it didn’t happen. The site showed stock in site for weeks but yet it wouldn’t ship. I emailed and called customer service several times and they said I was in the cue and my order would be sent. But yet the site showed in stock for new orders (shipping in 2-5 days). When my order eventually shipped, the email sent to me showed different products that were shipped. I had to take pics when I got the products since my account showed I had received all products when I hadn’t. Huge mess up. I called several times trying to sort it out.
Then wanting to cancel the activity table since the company is so unreliable, they wouldn’t allow. The table showed online being in stock for new orders and shipping within days, but yet they wouldn’t ship my table. This went on for a month. I eventually reached out to my bank to file a chargeback for the table. Of course the company never replied.
I would absolutely never recommend this company. They are completely unreliable and I wished I had seen the low score in trust pilot. Instead I was fooled by the phony ratings on their site.

Giving them one star for the website , ordered 3 and half week ago, got news yesterday an item was oversold and my order has not been shipped yet
Really poor quality. I ordered a $200 learning tower, it had a screw insert missing so the bar could not be attached to the unit. It was integral to the tower being used. They offered me a $25 gift certificate for my “trouble”. The tower isnt usable. Brand new and its garbage, money down the toilet. Do not buy from them. I wish I had read the reviews on here first.
On October 12, I placed a large order from Cocovillage. However, my order has still not arrived, and I’m unable to track its status. My order number is CV2468651. The company is very irresponsible, and it’s impossible to reach them. I am going to cancel my order, and I will never order from them again. I am moving out of my home in a week, and I don’t know what will happen to my items. I definitely do not recommend this company.

Quality of the education towers has gone down unfortunately. We ordered one for our second daughter because the first one be bought in 2022 has been great. While there are *some* structural improvement with the lower bar at the front, all the edges of the step and landing are sharp, which makes it hard for little legs when they’re climbing up and down. The step is also much more narrow, making it hard to climb. The finish is not the same, making the material more porous than their version from 2022. Too bad they made these changes!
Zero stars DO NOT RECOMMEND. I ordered a toy for my daughter and it arrived with missing pieces. I called expecting it to be an easy fix and the customer service was horrendous. They offered me a $20 gift card and a pdf copy of the part that was missing for me to print myself on piece of paper.... Shipping alone costs $20 but they refused to cover shipping costs, give me a refund to my credit card, or send a replacement part. They did nothing to resolve the actual issue and Alissa from the company wouldn't even answer my questions as to why they can't resolve it. After multiple emails and phone calls, Alissa just started ignoring the call and even hanging up on me. Bullshit company. Never ordering from them again.

WORST SHIPPING LOGISTICS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’ve bought quite a bit from them several different times. Because of the big discount sales they offer I was willing to put up with the pre-sales and waiting months for delivery. BUT MAKE SURE TO KEEP TRACK OF YOUR ORDERS! Every time my items would come in stock I would have to contact them to ask when my stuff was being shipped! Also annoying if some items are in stock in the same order with a presale item… they won’t ship the in stock items until the presale item is in stock. Several different orders I’ve had to ask them about when my items would be shipped. I finally had it when they screwed up one of my orders. I held on to the confirmation email when I placed the order and waited months to have it shipped. The shipping confirmation email did not match my original confirmation email from when I made the order. I contacted them about the mistake and sent them my original confirmation email. I even went into detail and gave the description of the item I was missing. They agreed to send me the correct item but when I received it it was still the wrong item! They then blamed me for the mistake and that they couldn’t do anything about it… I argued with them on how could it be my mistake when I sent them the description of the item I was missing along with my original email confirmation with the item I should have received!? They then said that I could take a gift card or pay for shipping to have the correct item sent… well I was so mad that by this point I didn’t want the gift card becuase I didn’t want to do any more business with them and I shouldn’t have to pay the cost in shipping for all their mistakes! They won’t give my money back or give me the item I ordered… DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND NOT TRANSPARENT WITH THEIR REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE!

Coco a fait faillite et c'est tant mieux (d'ailleurs,les propriétaires ont une longue feuille de route en matière de faillite, allez voir sur le net). Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile ça serait ça. J'ai acheté 2 lits maisonnée pour pas loin de 2000$. Plusieurs défauts de fabrication (pièces n'entrent pas une dans l'autre comme prévu, de la colle séchée sur le bois, pièces manquantes) et C'EST CHEAP!!! Des bris (gros éclats de bois) sont survenus pendant l'installation simplement en vissant. Entreprise québécoise... Ok... Par contre les matériaux et la main d'oeuvre proviennent d'une prison Turque c'est clair.
Je fais court pour la suite. Service après-vente,un vrai comedy show dont VOUS êtes là blague. Des réponses génériques à des problèmes spécifiques, on m'offre une carte cadeau (à peine 10% de la valeur de mon achat lol) pour compenser... Vos produits sont pourris, j'veux me faire rembourser, pas acheter encore plus de vos vidanges avec une carte cadeau. Sur leur page Facebook, ils effacent TOUS les commentaires négatifs au fur et à mesure. TENEZ VOUS LOIN DE COCO VILLAGE.
I ordered an activity table and it arrived with a broken piece. I emailed them immediately to request an exchange and followed up again 8 days later. It has now been 16 days and my inquiry remains unacknowledged.
UPDATE: the vendor wrote a reply to my review and claimed to have messaged me on TrustPilot. They did not do so. My emails (three now) have yet to be responded to after nearly a month.

Cette compagnie attrape sa clientèle en faisant des rabais de 55% sur tous les articles. Bien évidemment je passe une commande. Trois mois passe, je ne reçois toujours rien. JE dois communiquer avec l’entreprise à savoir où est ma commande pour finalement me faire rembourser des articles de cette dernière car il y a eu « erreur d’inventaire ».
C’était la première fois que je commandais là et la DERNIÈRE FOIS!!
We never received our order and it been 6 month with multiple tries to contact the ''terrible'' customer service. Each time they told us they are gonna contact the warehouse and come back to us with an answer. They never did, in 6 month. Avoid at all cost this company!
