Carefully on what you are buying on Coco Village. For any order the your need to modify or cancel ( before shipping). At first they will tell you they can cancel the transaction and they will offer you the Coco village gift credit. On the second, you tell them you want the refund, they will put you on hold then tell you they cant cancel the transaction

Avoid this company like a hornets nest. They are dishonest, difficult to deal with, and have skuzzy business practices.
In order to improve, they should stop being dishonest, difficult to deal with, and do away with the skuzzy business practices. Having integrity would be a good step to correcting this.

I purchased a wooden play arch and didn't realize that the toys were sold separately. I ordered the toys and realized I would be charged the crazy $20 shipping fee twice. I called customer service immediately and apparently this business has no control over their service. They claim they literally can't modify an order or cancel it.
The next person I spoke to offered to cancel my order and refund me in a gift card. This proves orders can be modified. All I wanted was for my two products to be shipped together. I made the mistake pregnant and 3 days passed my due date. You would think a company who has a client base if pregnant and postpartum women would be capable of a little compassion.
I have absolutely never experienced such pathetic customer service.
The product was a waste of money. No better than the same thing sold for half the price on Amazon, where you can actually rely on customer services.

Très déçue du service après vente reçu. La table Tuxedo de mon fils de 6 mois - qu’il n’a jamais utilisé étant donné son âge- a fendue dû au matériaux de piètre qualité utilisés. Mon fils ne peut plus utiliser le jouet sans risquer de se blesser et on refuse de me rembourser en entier ou de me remplacer le morceau brisé. Les options offertes sont soit une carte cadeau échangeable pour un an de 50$ (alors que le coût total de l’achat est de 90$) ou 20$ de remboursement. Après avoir acheté plus d’une cinquantaine de jouets, je suis déçue du service reçu et de la qualité du jouet.
Vous venez de perdre une cliente fidèle qui recommandait fortement vos produits depuis cinq ans pour un service à la clientèle médiocre et pour économiser 40$ supplémentaires.

This company is a joke. It’s an embarrassment to be called a Canadian company. Now that I’ve seen all these
comments, I realize that I should have never ordered from them. We ordered a balance nano bike for our granddaughter in May for her birthday in July (thinking that was plenty of time!) and we didn’t receive the bike until November. What an absolute waste of our time and money. Customer service was abysmal and would respond with generic robotic replies saying it was processing the order and to have a great day - credit card was charged so it was so frustrating that they kept saying the order was processing and they had warehouse issues. No refund or apology - just excuses. The order obviously missed our granddaughters birthday and was already too small for her by the time she received it and summer was already over so she couldn’t even ride it outside. Will never purchase from them again. 6 months to ship a child’s bike - absolutely ridiculous. Stay away!!!

It took weeks to ship 2 small products, I asked for the order to be cancelled before they even confirmed the order because I changed my mind on what I wanted and they wouldn’t cancel it which is absolutely ridiculous. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Not only did they somehow lose my order which was placed November 3rd for Christmas they attempted to blame the customer. What a disappointment for Christmas plans for our grandson. I kept checking on the order and they told me it was with the shipper yet the shipper never received it. They finally told me early December the bike was “out of stock” and I was finally given a refund but had to go back TWICE to get the “shipping costs” refunded. I also posted a similar review on their site but shockingly it never appeared. We were fortunate enough to obtain a new bike on FB marketplace from another brand.

J'ai acheté un mini vélo pour le noël de mon fils. Malheureusement les roues arrières bloquent rendant le vélo inutilisable et non sécuritaire.
Je suppose qu'il y a un défaut de fabrication.
Après avoir contacté le service à la clientèle de Coco Village la seule chose qu'on me propose est un crédit pour un vélo avec défaut. Même pas de retour possible.
Honnêtement je n'ai jamais vu un service à la clientèle aussi médiocre.
La moindre des choses quand un produit vient avec un défaut de fabrication c'est de le reprendre et rembourser le client.
Un crédit est dans mon cas inutile vu l'expérience que j'ai eu à date et comprenez que cet argent me permettra d'acheter un autre vélo ailleurs.

We ordered an item for our daughter for Christmas. We ordered it back in October as it was a presale item and had an estimated shipping date for beginning of December. The item ended up arriving earlier than expected and showed up beginning of November. When we got around to building it for Christmas the item was broken. The customer service team can’t do anything to help as it is passed it’s “30 days” regardless of shipping it way earlier than expected. It is unfortunate they can not offer any support. I am not looking for a new item, simply a piece to replace the broken part. Really disappointing.

My package was shipped on 11/20 and has been stuck in a city since 12/01. Coco Village says they won’t talk about a solution until the status of the package is changed by the shipping company to lost. Clearly it’s lost, it’s been sitting for a month now. Also shipping companies never respond. It’s the retail company’s job to ensure the product makes it and they should be the ones filing their complaints with a shipping company they are contracted with. Coco Village has my money, not the shipping company. I’ve just deemed this a loss since I have no idea what else to do. Definitely won’t be ordering from Coco Village again, though.

Buyer beware. Adding to the chorus of negative reviews here. I ordered their dollhouse and it arrived damaged. Sent pics to the company and they claim that the damage is aesthetic only. This is a toy house, the *whole point* is for it to look cute and perfect. The recipient of the dollhouse noticed the damage and was upset that her dollhouse was broken. I asked for a replacement part, was told they don't do that. I was offered a $50 gift card which is useless to me as I will NEVER order from this company again. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the supervisors don't talk on the phone! What an absolute joke. Tried to leave a review on the site, I'm sure that won't appear.
I see that they reply to reviews here and I want to say that YES this was a legit order, YES this is the name I ordered under and NO I did not accept their gift card offer despite what they seem to reply to other reviews.
Wish I had known about this site before I purchased.
We received an item from CocoVillage with missing pieces. Since the product is out of stock, they are not able to send the missing parts. Understandable. They said to contact them in the future in case the product ever came back in stock, but they suggested that even if it does come back into stock, they might not be able to EVER deliver the missing pieces... Learning this, I asked for a refund. We paid $70 after shipping, and they said the best they could do was either a $50 gift card (thanks, but no thanks) OR if we declined the gift card, the best they could do was a $20 refund - this is not even 1/3 of what we paid... They also suggested that we search other third party vendors to track down missing pieces. (Haha what? Isn't that your job?) We accepted the very partial "refund" but ultimately we feel like we got robbed. I will edit this rating if they ever send us the missing pieces, but based on my interactions so far, and after reading other reviews similar to my experience, I'm betting on that not happening.
If I could give a 0, I would! Been going back and forth between Coco Village and the carrier for over a week now, one says they’re waiting on the other, yet no one is doing anything to actually help. My package says it was delivered on the 13th of December I still don’t have it, a refund or a replacement shipped. Absolutely horrible customer service!
The absolute worst customer service you can imagine. If an item is lost they refuse to help you and make you chase the carrier for a refund. Customer service alone is the reason I will never purchase another item from them.

Where to begin, ordered 7 products in OCTOBER for Christmas. They said since some were "pre-order" the order wouldn't get shipped out till all on stock, mid November. Sure! No problem. Prompt replies to my emails at that time.
Products got shipped out 3rd week of November, tracked them and they kept saying "out for delivery " or missed delivery. Emailed them again, they said just to wait as tracking says it's OK.
After lots of back and forth with both companies, tracking finally says " item damaged sent back to manufacturer ". I immediately emailed coco village, they said ok, they'd need to reissue the products...but they don't have 3 of my items anymore and aren't sure when they'll be in. I say that's fine just send the rest asap for Christmas. We're already 2nd week of December. They tell me they'll email me when they ship and refund me the 3 other....after no refund and not hearing from them for 5 days, I'm fed up and email them canceling my entire order.RADIO SILENCE on their end. I have still not received a refund OR acknowledgment of their error. Absolutely garbage company and DO NOT RECOMMEND

Don’t buy coco village product. They sent me a product with missing parts. The missing part is not a common part that I can find from any hardware store. So I requested the part or refund. They did not respond for 3weeks and finally said I should pay the return for refund. Or take the incomplete product and some compensation. Again do not buy coco village product.

This is a zero star review, not one! This company has no integrity or accountability. I ordered a play kitchen which came damaged. After sending the company photos, they offered me a $50 gift card or 20% refund as they said they did not have the damaged part to re-send me, even though their play kitchen is still in stock. As of right now, they have ignored my email for compensation and returning the product and delete my negative reviews on their social media. Well you can’t delete this. Do better Coco Village or you will run your business into the ground. I have been a customer since my kids were born but not now. Do not support this company and chance your luck!!!

Would give a zero if I could. Terrible experience with this company. Waited for months for a pre ordered item only to find out 2 weeks before Christmas that it’s just magically out of stock? Seriously? Get your poop together. I’m swearing but this thing won’t let me. I hope this company goes out of business because it’s truly the worst. Make no mistake, this is a zero star review, not one star. I have not received my items to this date (12/11/23) that were ordered on 10/8/23. Horrific customer service. I have spoken to countless customer representatives… none of which take any responsibility for anything. According to them I need to solve this problem with the shipping company. Fun fact: the shipping company they use says they have zero responsibility to the customer and will only speak to cocovillage directly. Seems to me like they are in on this scam together. Cocovillage has offered no solutions to the issue and continues to pass it off. They continue to tell me to wait to hear from them… and if I did I truly believe I would never hear from them. At this point they have my money and they have provided me nothing. Now I get the pleasure of doing a dispute with my bank that could take 90 days to resolve.
Their “5 star reviews” are all fabricated. They delete any negative comments on their Instagram. I posted about not receiving my items on their Facebook and how they delete comments and ironically they deleted that comment and then blocked me. I cannot imagine the number of people who have been scammed by them. It is absolutely mind blowing to me that a company like this can exist.

Can I give zero stars….again? This is my second review in the last couple months. I wrote about it took forever for my original learning tower to arrive and when it did it was missing a part. They said they would send a replacement part and after weeks of waiting I emailed them to find out the status of the part and they said they didn’t have it anymore and couldn’t send it and I could try to find it at a hardware store (wth?). I put up a stink and asked for a new learning tower and after back and forth they finally said they would send me one - again took weeks and weeks to come. It arrived today and GUESS WHAT!!!! It’s missing two major pieces - two of the wood platforms. HOW? How does a company screw up so often? I’m so disappointed - the absolute worst worst company ever.
