I was using it for almost 2 weeks with plans upto 3.5USD as i upgraded to 50USD plan since at the same moment across all account it is showing "Error: Our service is being upgraded right now and will be back to normal within a few minutes. Please retry shortly — your plan and balance are not affected." and also they never responds to tickets that we raise .

It is just scam i have paid 50 dollar and just get unreal models and most the time i can't use it because of service upgrade

We buy starter plane but not working any model and we recommend please not buy any plane. these are scammers.

I paid for a subscription plan using Bitcoin, the transaction is Completed, and I provided the TxID in ticket #[TKT-01029]. However, my account was not activated, and the support team is completely ignoring my tickets. This is unacceptable. Please activate my account or refund my money immediately.

The free plan was OK and working and the pricing seemed to be truly promising so I decided to upgrade to starter plan priced at $1.2 for 30M tokens per month, That was ok too. But when I today tried to upgrade to Basic plan for $3.5 after submitting the transaction ID nothing was activated nor upgraded despite their automatic and immediate payment verification claim on their website. Although this is a bit suspicious but finally the plan got activated manually after around 15 hours. The other payment option is paying through Paypal which gurantees a refund if the srvice not delivered. Hope someone takes that route and submits a review how payment through PP went.

UPDATE:
The plan is now activated manually, So I take back the claim of being scammed , I hope the website takes responsibility and keeps doing well, providing excellent cheap and genuine service with good support. Thank you Codecraftapi.

Stay away from CodeCraft API. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any API service.

I purchased the Scale plan for $11.50 using USDT on the BEP-20 (BSC) network.According to their own pricing page, crypto payments are supposed to be verified automatically and activate the plan immediately. However, my account was never upgraded, and I have not received the service I paid for.

I have contacted their support team multiple times over the past 8+ hours through every possible channel — email, Telegram, and their website. I have received ZERO response. Not even a single acknowledgment.

This is not just poor service; this is theft. They took my money, confirmed the transaction on their end, and then simply disappeared.

Cheap Ai models. But Sometimes it feels slow.
But it's okay in this price range.
