Care factor zero!
Hearing the sound of our package with glass in it being dropped from height is quite disturbing. The Courier is more interested in talking on his phone than doing his job. Pathetic experience. Amazon are NOT doing themselves any favors using this courier. Avoid at all cost.

This lot makes Australia Post look like palliative care nurses when it comes to customer care and a focus on the core need of actually delivering a parcel.
I find it remarkable that the poor reviews for CODExpress are years old and we're still suffering with their woeful service and rude staff. I've just had my first return and refund for an Amazon order by CODExpress, but my second unacceptable experience with them. I've complained to Amazon and asked if there is a way for me to be excluded from having CODExpress assigned to the delivery of my order.
Last time, my intercom was broken - as with any apartment building, everyone had a contact phone number for the delivery person to call when they were there. They didn't. So, I called the CODExpress customer service line and spoke to some guy who I can't believe they allow to answer a phone at all. He told me that they're a "delivery company", inferring that they're not there to actually try and make contact with the recipient. How do they expect to deliver something if they won't notify the person who is expecting the delivery?
Their track is worse than bad, and the lack of notifications makes it impossible to guarantee that you'll be able to make it to the door before the delivery driver walks away. Yesterday their tracking platform told me they "attempted delivery" whilst being 18km away from my address (and less than 1km away from their distribution centre...)
Horrid. The more we can complain to Amazon, the sooner they'll be kicked off as a carrier. I hope.
Infuriating!
Was getting books delivered from Amazon and was told that it was delivered but it wasn't when I called up the first man was rude and all but hurried me off the phone and hung up on me called back a second time to say that I had not received a phone call from our local depot in the second man was really nice. I was told by him to basically tell Amazon it wasn't delivered and to get them to resend it and that's what I did and was on recent it and use the same flippin courier. They were supposed to be delivered today and I just got a attempted delivery contact codexpress the problem is is the packages still registered as 19 hours from me so how did they attempt to deliver it? And now I have to contact Amazon again to get it recent for a third time again and if they give me the same courier I'm just going to ask for a refund

Never received my item! Tracking says it has been delivered but item never arrived. There is no way to contact this company. This company is a scam.
Lies about attempted delivery
Every time I get an item from Amazon and this courier is used my packages are always designated ‘lost’, 2 within a 2 week period. Or now the new one of ‘attempted delivery’ two days in a row despite my being home the whole of both days. And the delivery attempt suburb listed was the suburb of the dispatch location.
Why does Amazon allow this dodgy courier on its platform.

FRAUDULENT & DISRESPECTFUL They mark packages “delivered” days before delivering them. Amazon, or the appropriate manager, supports this KPI fraud by allowing (after the claimed delivery) another 3-4 days to actually deliver ... whilst upsetting customers. Disrespectful & careless. Our 24/7 concierge receives dozens of deliveries each day. Nevertheless, some CODExpress drivers choose to leave deliveries outside the residential entrance.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Quite literally the worst courier company I have dealt with. The customer service representative was extremely rude and unhelpful. Avoid this courier!
Item not delivered- company couldn’t care less!
Ordered a book from Amazon - usually I have no problem with orders. I received notification item had been delivered but it hadn’t. I contacted Codexpress and they also said it was delivered but had no image to verify this. The person I spoke to didn’t seem to care that item had been lost and just told me to get a refund from Amazon. What a shocking business approach!! Fortunately Amazon were very helpful and arranged a refund for me but they shouldn’t have to pay for someone else’s mistake. The Amazon person said they’ve had problems with this company before. Be warned - don’t use this courier if you can avoid it.
Have ordered numerous items from Amazon…
Have ordered numerous items from Amazon over 4 years and not one has been delivered when sent to CODExpress for delivery, always returned to seller. Then I buy the same items through ebay and they use a different courier and everything is fine. Called them and was just dismissed. Very poor company.
Repeated failure to deliver
I have purchased several items over several weeks from Amazon that have been sent by Codexpress.
Every single one of them has not been delivered. They have notified Amazon they are unable to deliver for a variety of reasons including damaged packaging, no one home etc. One or two items I can understand, this many is a sign that there is something else going on.
I have spoken with Amazon a number of times and they have lodged formal complaint with Corexpress for failure to provide service

“Tried to deliver” my package to Rockdale (nowhere near there). So they basically stole my package because they either can’t read, or are just lazy. No wonder there is nowhere to make a complaint on their website. Judging from other complaints here, I’m either not going to receive it, or it’s going to be battered to hell.
Second time have had next day delivery…
Second time have had next day delivery order from Amazon marked as delivered but not received. Canberra location. What's the point of trying to get an item for next day delivery when these useless prices are delivering. Inform Amazon and they don't give a shit either.
Parcel left out in the rain instead of behind gate
Despite my taping a large sign on the gate of my front entrance stating: Please push the gate open and leave parcel inside and close the gate, thank you.
Codexpress ignored the sign and left the parcel outside the gate in the rain and also highly visible from the street encouraging theft.
I phoned 02 9095 5000 and asked for their email address. Refused to give their email address. The person was rude / abrupt and stated that he would advise the team in my area. Further he stated that if the problem occurs again do not phone as there is nothing that can be done about it if the driver does not want to do it correctly.

Packages are not delivered at all. We found out they were being delivered to an apartment with the same numbers on a totally different street with a different street name. The level of incompetence is staggering. Why a multimillion dollar company would use a fraud delivery service is unknown.

Amazon Prime member and told delivery would be 2 days... No delivery and no tracking updates on it. It arrived in Queanbeyan and has stayed there ever since. Not delivering products is theft. How are they still in business?!

The item was left on top of my letterbox for anyone walking by to take. They didn’t even attempt to enter the property and ring the doorbell, as my wife works from home in the front room with full view of the letterbox. The only reason I knew it was there was because I received an email to say it had arrived.
