Very easy to work with send a picture he changed the design a little bit for us that we were wanting, gave him a day took care of it bottom and got them within the 5 to 7 business days and loving them got a whole bunch of keychains

We have always received great products and pricing from Cody McConnell. We’ve been ordering from him for years now.

Fantastic product and timely. I could't give five stars because I had been emailed the wrong tracking code and trying to get ahold of customer service was tough.

Keychains were pretty epic, took some time to arrive but we like them. The only downside is the price. Noticed the package came from HongKong meaning it’s essentially drop shipped. I looked it up and spoke to a Chinese vendor and I could’ve got the same order if keychains 150% cheaper going direct to China suppliers.

Un trabajo muy profesional, con calidad de excelencia

I have ordered three times with key chains already and love the service and the product that you have made for me. Thank you

Been using for years. Truly a pleasure to work with and highly recommend.

Some of the best merchandise I have ever bought and I am a multi-time repeat customer- keep up the great work

Love the Keychain and so does everyone else. The only complaint is that the chain attachment point on the rubber logo breaks easily. Wish they could bulk up that area

Communication was great. But shipping and receiving product took awhile. But owner did make it right by adjust quantity. Lanyards were great. Will make purchase again in the future.

Customer service guidance &transparency. Simple ordering process. Top notch design done to the specs provided.

took forever to get here and the scent last 1 day.
as all other complaints state they do not last more then a day

We are repeat customers. The quality of the products is great, and the customer service has been stellar, too!

Great products!

great quality of products at a reasonable price. will do business with them again.

This is a Chinese company that has a zero% that you will get your product. Don’t buy!

Oh Cody you mean the 💩 air fresheners that came over a month later after you stopped emailing responses. And also after I told you to cancel the order? Or what about all the Facebook complaining about your crappy service?

Excellent supplier. Very easy transaction, and great quality end product.

I love my keychains very well done

Defiantly a phenomenal brand that you can count on. There website is seamless and allows you to make speedy transactions. They reply to emails and calls rapidly if you have any questions or concerns. I definitely recommend them for any business or organization.
