‘Free’ coffee that signs you up to an expensive subscription. Need to phone up to cancel and the lines are only open 9-5 Mon-Fri. Shambles
I wasn’t a fan of the coffee flavour this time round but I wanted to cancel the membership was surprisingly easy and the person I had to call to cancel was really nice and doesn’t skip to the point and actually has a conversation with you about their other products and just about how you are so I’d say 5 stars out of 5 for this company

Nearly £15 for a pack of coffee!! Wtf… outrageous prices. Not even organic. Avoid at all costs! How they get away with this is beyond me, what a joke.
Signed up to a trial via an offer from one of their partners to try their coffee and after trying it I decided that I preffered my usual coffee Subscription.
Unfortunately after navigating through their menus online for cancellation, it said that I had to call them to get the subscription cancelled.
Currently stuck in a queue on their phone system waiting for someone to pick up my call.
Honestly this feels a bit irksome, if you can sign me up online in 60 seconds, i expect the cancellation to be just as easy.
On the positive side, the customer service is nice.
Just spoke to a really nice guy who cancelled my subscription after asking for some feedback.
Coffee okay, not quite to my taste so I decided not to continue after the trial.
Good idea, friendly staff, BUT the mandatory cancellation phone call means I would never use this company again or pass on their offers to friends and family.
I understand their view that they are a new company and want feedback and I would have been happy to complete an online survey, but if I sign up online I want to be able to cancel online, not spend 10 minutes on the phone, most of it in a queue waiting to be answered.
Coffee was fine, was unaware that it was a subscription until I found a payment from my bank today rang up and they were not very helpful when I asked for a refund, another company that once they have your money your not getting it back, avoid this company.
What "cancel anytime" seems to mean to them is "go through a number of steps online rejecting the special offers and confirming you still want to cancel only to get a phone number open 9-5 Mon-Fri you need to call to cancel". Shady AF.
But I guess that makes sense, given that the coffee is awful. Can't even say if the beans are speciality or fresh, as they have been just about burned to ash in the dark oily roast that they dare to call a "medium roast". It's the kind of medium roast I would get in Lidl.
Oh, and the staff at the call centre you need to call to cancel? Obviously, I might have been just unlucky, but oh such a condescending man!
Great customer service delivered by pleasant member of staff by the name of James, very friendly, polite, attentive and professional.

I read a few bad reviews on here about how hard it was to cancel coffee 52. However I called today and spoke to George, who was very helpful and reassured me. So I continued my subscription
