I've never had any contact with them before until I registered and deposited USDT 1200. I tried to place my first bet but I got message "error" for all bets I attempted, even though they were big leagues, NHL, Premier League, etc.

I tried to get in touch with live support and email, but they all sounded like bots, responding "The Company reserves the right to refuse in participation in any bets at its discretion and without giving reasons".

Which doesn't make any sense, since I was a brand new customer, without any bet history or anything.

I had no alternative but to withdraw my USDT 1200 again, but they kept a chunk of the transaction cost.

First, my ONLY experience on your site was registering, depositing via Bitcoin and attempting to place a first wager. If that's a "loophole" to you, then nearly all of your customers would have found that loophole.

Second, it is nice that you finally got around to provide an explanation but that doesn't excuse the brief rudeness of your customer support this far.

Third, your site platform has high transaction fees. It is only right that anyone wondering whether they should start an account and deposit, should read about you treat new customers.

If you care about a positive reputation, it's dishonest to ask people with negative experiences to remove their statement. You should rather focus on greatly improving your poor behavior.
