UPDATE: I played at Coinsgame for over two years. During that time I had an account and Stacy - my VIP manager was informed that I wanted to close my account due to gambling addiction - which she did.
A short time later I opened a new account with a similar email address - but with fictitious data in my account. Nevertheless, my VIP manager Stacy provided me with a lot of bonuses for over 13 months even with the second account and made sure that I continued to play - self-exclusion never worked for me - it always said the link was no longer active - so no chance to close the account myself - the support never did anything - only referred to Stacy.
During a period of self exclusion I open two other accounts with not correct datas- Stacy contacted me if the account (because of the same IP Adress) belongs to me- and kindly remind me to hold only one account- then I ended her the names of the account and she closed it.
The casino is proof that the operators don't care about player protection!!! Even worse! Here you become a victim and are kept playing with lots of bonuses. I have wagered over 2 million dollars with my second account! There were no checks, no verification, no questions about where the money came from. The casino made a lot of money with me - and the bad thing is that they know this despite my gambling addiction. FINGER AWAY!!! This casino places no value on protection, regulation, player protection, responsible gaming. Worst experience ever!!! Almost fraudulent structures!
I was able to open an account again on 25.04. I deposited at least 2000 dollars - with the same IP address as before. No regulation - no control - I wanted to close my account - the link did not work again and the support does nothing - withdrawals were then blocked - verification was necessary - not possible with fictitious data - criminal - HORROR - please never play there - Coinsgame has taken 40,000 dollars from me as a gambling addict.

They told me i was gonna get $0.25 USD after email confirmation, but they didn't fulfill their promise, that may seem little and harmless but it's a very bad first impression, it shows they're not willing to keep their word, it means they are not trustworthy, be very careful with them, if possible, avoid them completely.

Scam website. They closed my account with all my deposit and winnings in there. It never said anywhere that when they close your account they’d be basically stealing your deposit too. They let you deposit and then get pissy with you when you want to withdraw. I already wrote an email to Curacao gaming about these guys. Super shady. They allowed me to deposit and lose but when I win and want to withdraw these guys wanna say that I broke their rules. Bunch of thieves and nothing else. They want to talk about all these rules and yet steal your deposit away from you by closing your account and stop replying to emails. Stay far away from these guys.
