I tried to verify my account with valid documentation, when their verification software wouldn’t work for me I asked customer support for assistance. Instead of any kind of assistance they decided to take my money I spent on the welcome offer and permanently close my account. A joke of a company that wouldn’t even give me the chance to enjoy the site for no reason at all.

Great choice of games, and redemption is pretty fast! It has been my choice, and will continue to be my choice from here on out!

Update - Currently lowering my rating. I was notified that my redemption was cancelled and that I cancelled it. A hour after submitting my redemption, I took a 7-day break. I am currently unable to access my account at all. Therefore, no way I could have cancelled my redemption.

This seems to be a going trend looking at other reviews. The lack of response from customer service is frustrating. Will update my review after/if I receive my redemption.

Currently waiting on a 10,000sc redemption that was placed on a Saturday. I understand their processing times are on business days, so I will have to wait. If they do process and pay out in a reasonable amount of time, I will be for sure changing this to a 5 star.

Only thing is I wish there was a easy way to contact support during the time you take a break for. I put in a seven day break after I put my redemption in, and have some other questions with no way I have found to contact support. Might be because of me, so I'm not really holding it against the site.
