We ordered a door mat
We ordered a front door mat cut to size to fit the Well in the floor and when it arrived it had a small but noticeable dark mark embedded in the fibres. On Contacting Cir Mats, they immediately agreed to supply a new one without quibble, FOC. New one arrived and is prefect. Cannot praise and recommend this company highly enough. They obviously care about their customers and reputation.

The mats are extremely well made and have various depths of tread and can be made to your own requirements for size. I recently purchase one for the back doo and I was so impressed I ordered one for the front door. What better recommendation can I give!

A bespoke size mat that fits perfectly and is top quality
We needed a bespoke size mat to fit our newly refurbished dining room to outside door recess. Having searched online for potential company’s we settled on this one for the quality of their website, information, and customer feedback. We wanted quality and we are not disappointed by the excellent mat that arrived - compliments the space perfectly, fits perfectly and is the perfect finishing touch we wanted. The mate was sent in a protective carton and arrived within the time frame promised. A nice touch was the inclusion of left over coir mat trimmings which we have spread on our garden path of bark chippings. I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to others.
