I ordered for 2 compressed t shirts which I had to exchange for a bigger size with extra cost. They picked up both the t shirts but in exchange they delivered only one t shirt. When raised concern about this issue, they said their records show that only 1 T-shirt was picked up for exchange and did not bother to compensate for my loss. Don’t ask for exchange or return, if you value your money

I have done many shopping from Instgram before. But never have I faced this situation before. I bought 2 gym compression tshirts from @coitonic and somehow i needed to exhange one and return another. They deducted 100 rs for return and 40 rs for exhange . The courier took the return item and then they messaged me I am not available for pickup of the exchange item . I have tried connecting @coitonic like 100 times nobody is picking up their call. I have mailed them several times. No refund given its been more than 2 weeks. And the amount deducted is the cost of two tshirts plus refund fee plus exhange fee. And I am sitting with one product that is of no use.
Guys @coitonic this profile is a fraud company and never buy anything from this company.

Absolutely terrible experience with Cointonic.

I ordered a few T-shirts and a tactical pant that were supposed to be delivered by a specific date, but not only was the delivery delayed, there has been zero communication from their side. No updates, no calls, no support response—completely unacceptable.

What’s worse is this isn’t the first time I’ve faced such an issue with them. It seems like delays and poor customer service are a pattern rather than an exception.

I even had an urgent requirement due to travel, but there was no effort from their team to assist or even acknowledge the situation.

Highly disappointed. If you value timely delivery and basic customer support, I would strongly suggest thinking twice before ordering from Cointonic.

**Support is garbage**. My joggers have color problems; the side of the pocket has excess color and faded hues. There isn't a return option, so I just want to go back. Even if I would like to exchange, they are requesting additional money in addition to an increase in the after-sale price.

**Not worth the hype** The quality is also not worth it.

Ih placed an order in jan and delivery was delayed several times so I issued a refund cause payment was already done online but still I didn't got my refund I contact customer care also send email even in Instagram I have talked but today is March 17
2 months still I haven't received my refund
If you don't want to give me my refund say that directly I'm complaining to cyber crime

Not have after sales service

I have order 4 products and they have only delivered 3 products. My order was prepaid so, they thought now we don't need to deliver a product. I have all the proof but still they are not answering me properly. I have made huge mistake by buying from this brand. Infact it's not a brand they are scaming their customers. I suggest not to buy from this company. Their are plenty of other genuine brands with good quality, scam free, and better customer support.

Im very disappointed by this company I ordered there jogger and i got unfinished product they fool me there customers executive is tell me to cut threads and use really? I spent 1k on this jogger and got this dont buy there product i can also make a video on this im also a fitness creator

Extremely Disappointed with Coitonic – Worst Experience Ever!

I honestly regret ordering from Coitonic. Their delivery service is painfully slow — it took over 15 days just to get my order! When I tried to return the product, the whole process turned into a nightmare. They throw endless tantrums and excuses when it comes to returns, making it feel like they’re deliberately trying to avoid taking the product back.

And don’t even get me started on their customer care — it’s absolutely useless. I called more than 10 times, and they never picked up or bothered to call back. It’s like they just don’t care about their customers at all.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from Coitonic. This brand needs serious improvement in customer service and delivery management.

Fabric is top-notch, and the Delivery service is also good. I received my product on time.

Because you know delhivery direct courier service is poor reviews then why you give my order to them i order tshirt on 2 September and today 10 September till my order delay on 11 September i order athflex compressor tshirt on 2 September and i get on 5 September that’s call best service but your coitonic is not good service
