Hey Nizar, thanks for the feedback. To be fair, we only started sending cold emails for 1 week, before you decided we "failed horribly at this."
I totally understand you're hoping to see results as soon as possible, but as explained at the start of our engagement, outbound sometimes takes time to see results. That's exactly why we agreed to put in a clause in our contract that accepts no cancellation until we give the AI SDR at least 45 days, so we have more time to experiment and see results.
When you raised the cancellation request over email, we're only in week 3 of the experiment and the 1st week of sending cold emails. Shen (the founder) replied back right away to that request, and explained that you can't cancel until the 45 day mark, and why we should give the AI SDR more time to experiment (in two separate emails). I understand that you still wanted to break the contract on week 3 and cancel early, but our finance team rejected that request with a good reason.
That being said, we're still happy to keep working with you to iterate on the AI SDR campaigns and book more meetings, if you're up for it.
