Great company and it was a pleasure working with Jessica, responsive and always ready to assist!

I needed a vehicle shipped. They exploded my phone like hungry savages. They had decent reviews. They bid a price of $1050. Took a deposit of $400, Jessica said it was for insurance, whatever. They said they could get it to Utah on time, with a date on contract.

They couldn’t get a driver for $1050. But they could for $2100! Whatever, who cares about the price. I needed the truck shipped. Then they send some guy who is supposed to come and can’t come. Date goes by. A new driver comes unexpectedly, says he will send me COI and that he is leaving for Utah the next day(it was a Monday).

The next day, no COI, no response from driver, no response from Colibri. Finally I talk to dispatch on Thursday, as I’m on my way to Utah to receive vehicle and pay for it. It hadn’t left yet. Naturally I had to rent a car and went all the way to Utah, no truck arrival. They tell me it will now be there Monday. On Monday I lose patience, finally talk to absent broker. Truck is broken down in New York. Lies. I call the trucking company the next day and tell them I’m coming to pick up truck and they are clearly nervous and I tell them I’m coming regardless and now all of a sudden truck is in Massachusetts. Liars can’t remember their lies.

Picked up truck from shipper, asked Colibri for a refund and gave them option to make it right and they declined. So here we are.

Very good service. Very responsive and adapted with changes. Ended up paying more than originally agreed due to change in pickup time but overall the services was excellent

After conducting an extensive search for reliable transporters, I came across Colibri Auto Transport. They have excellent reviews, and Charley is the broker with the most positive feedback. I spoke with Charley on Jan 3rd, expressing my interest in transporting my car on Jan 12th and requested a quote of $800. However, on the day of the transport, the driver canceled at the last minute. When I informed Charley about the situation, he promptly apologized and assured me that he would find another driver for my car.

Within two days, on Jan 15th, Charley successfully secured a new driver to transport my car from Florida to California. The initial quote was $800, but due to the last-minute change, the revised quote was $1,300. Charley, after consulting with his manager, managed to lower the cost to $1,050.

I highly recommend Charley as a broker for car transport due to his strong work ethic and professionalism. He went above and beyond to ensure my car reached its destination. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again for future car transports.

2 days before Christmas our car broke down 250 miles from home. After a very hectic day and finally getting home via a rental we needed to get the car back home to be repaired. After calling several transport companies we found COLIBRI transport. We spoke with Jessica and she found us transport for our car. It was picked up and delivered to our local dealership with no problems. The driver kept us informed on what time he would be arriving and dropped it on time.
We’d like to thank Jessica for securing this over the holidays at a price I couldn’t believe. A great Christmas gift.
