For a company whose business is providing accommodation, their nonexistent customer support is completely unacceptable. If you ever have the chance to rent with them, THROW THAT OPPORTUNITY AWAY.

It's a true scam.

It's a true scam.
1. They make you pay for registration fees ase well as reservation fees until checkin.
2. the rent is geninuly not the real price. They raise it when the higher the demand is (basically when students are looking for flats). You end up by paying 100 to 200euros a month higher than your roomate without considering the fees in the first point
3. you are paying for a shitty service; The rooms, common spaces and kitchen are disgusting (not only the one I did rent)
4. you are paying for a service that you will not get. It's easy to reach joivy before you start paying; When you are trapped good luch joinning them; You will most likely end up talking to a robot.
5. They will scam you when you are about to elave; They will charge you for the pillows, bed and the blanket after you use them. Most often they will take your deposit. Be sure they will leave the old stuff you use and you paid for to restore to the next tenant. Basically, the bed, matress and pillow you will get are disgusting. Not talking about pans and kitchen stuff. Bathroom and toilets are disgusting as well.
6. It's a pitty they have that monopole and take advantage of young students/ workers in big cities where it's hard to find a flat;

I would definetly not recommend.

Electricity and hot water go off every other week, no effort in helping residents with problems or requests, emergency number barely answers...

It's a complete mess
