FINALLY received order.
Order didn’t arrive, contacted support… very poor. Took approximately 10 emails to discover who they had used for delivery in Australia. Courier was very helpful, item had been delivered , but not to my address, and it was subsequently stolen, they told me what was needed to get a refund. Unfortunately collectale need to do the requesting, several more emails before they did their job. Item did arrive- damaged! Definitely don’t use this site, total incompetence and poor quality garment!

DO NOT BUY FROM COLLECTALE 3 MONTHS AND RECIEVED NOTHING. SAYS TO SEND PICTURES.. OF WHAT KEEP GETTING THE SAME ALREADY GENERATED REPLYS. TOTAL SCAM. HOPE THEY ARE SHUT DOWN. TOTAL FRAUD AND THIEVES. THEY DONT REPLY TO NEG REVIEWS BECAUSE ITS JUST A COMPUTER RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. I HATE LIARS AND THIEVES.

I want to give this company a 0 star rating. I Purchased the woman's 2 Piece Sets Outfits Casual Long Sleeve Sweatsuits Set. I purchased my normal size but it came way bigger. There website says:-

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

They will no let me send the product back or get a full refund. It cost USD$60.99 plus taxes

After multiple emails they will now refund me USD$18.00 but I keep the product. I do not want the product it is no good to me. I want to return. They will not allow me to return the product.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered a flower filled resin letter c. The item is all chipped the letter is crooked and it looks like they used dead dandelions as the flowers. I complained about it wanting a refund and have been going back and forth for a week. They first offered a replacement, then offered me 6 US dollars when I declined they tried to offer me 9 US dollars. I want a full refund, which is 44.80 US dollars. Why would I accept less for compensation. This company is a joke. Do not prefer from them!!

False advertising. Product received not as per photo - 3D blanket but definitely not 3D.
Plus cost too high for Product received.
Sent multiple emails to complain and 1st amount offered as discount $3.
After further emails refund has risen to $13.
$70. Paid and I expect full refund.

Buyer beware- cost too high for products and item received is nothing like photo advertised.

Scamers! I ordered their 3-D "Cute Dinosaurs HD Digital Print Flannel Blanket" that was advertised on Instagram. When it arrived, it was 2-D! SCAMMERS!

I used the tracking number to try to see when the item would arrive. After almost 2 months it showed as being in St.Louis. I sent an inquiry as to the status and was told the item was unable to be delivered and I could get a partial refund minus shipping and product cost. I paid extra for shipping insurance.

Buyer Beware! I ordered these cards, the shipper marked them delivered when they were not, customer service kept me hanging for days, even after I showed them the dubious shipping notes. They gave me a USPS shipping # that did not exist, according to USPS. I did everything they said to search for the cards. I was home at the time they say the cards were delivered. They do not care. If something goes wrong with your delivery, they will not help you. The shipping company will ignore you. The cards look wonderful, but be sure you can afford to give them money and receive nothing in return.

I purchased the 300dB train horn, what I received was a cheap unless 60dB peice of crap, when I complained the thieving company told me they sent me the correct one .
I wouldn't recommend this corrupt thieving company to my worst enemy, they are liers and thieves and totally dishonest scum .
Obviously their management is happy with them lieing and being dishonest to their customers, this is the worst company ever to consider buying from , I suggest that you buy from wish or temu at least if they send wrong thing they reimburse you or replace it.

Awful , cheap product received. I realized only minutes after ordering ( and had not realized in U.S. dollars, to boot !) that I made a mistake. Wrote to them immediately and tried to cancel the order. They refused.

It's like a scam, warehouse is in China, site was not clear about US dollars until at the end of the order.

They offered me a measly $3 US when I complained, and have since gone to $5US, then $7 U.S.....saying shipping will be costly.

I will report this to the Better Business Bureau !

I have not received my order and it has been 2 months. Can not get ahold of any one to find out about it. No updates or anything. I would like my order or my money back. I will not be ordering from this company ever again.

These glasses are HUGE and look ridiculous on all the people who tried them on (surely it was just me???) NO, we all got a good laugh. Rubbishy plastic, total waste of money. Not happy at all.

🚨 Fraudulent online site. Claims of delivery that did not get delivered. And requests more money . Whoever controls these companies I am sure there is more people who got scammed by them. No tracking or updates.

European tracking of an Ireland port of export then noting but nonsense and bot responses with no updating.the company name i am reporting is not the same as online point of purchase so not easily researched before hand. I should have known better. Impulse buying is a too common judgement error.
