J'ai pas encore offert les livres mais ils ont l'aire très complet

Il y a une faute en français sur la feuille a scanner (tirage une fois par semaine)
Ça ne change rien aux livres j'ai pas regardé si il y avais des fautes dedans

I bought one of the memory books from Collective Books Co as a gift for my dad and it turned out to be such a special purchase. The question inside the book really help start conversations about childhood memories,life lessons and family history. My dad loved filling it out and sharing stories I had never heard before. The quality of the book is also very nice and feel like a keepsake we will keep forever.

Keep away from this company, they are scammers! People are still caught up in fake subscription models. The quality of the books is horrible compared to alternatives on the market. Bought a new one from a well known online retailer recently: cheaper, better quality and no scam.

Overall a bad experience. Better options on Amazon and cheaper. Received the wrong product and it was so difficult and expensive to return the books. I cant recommend them.

Nice idea and the book itself looks good, but the shipping time was disappointing and cost more than I anticipated. Customer support was polite but didn’t speed things up. Quality was average for the price.

The concept of the book is lovely and some of the prompts are very thoughtful. However, my delivery took longer than expected and updates were limited. Overall a decent product but the experience could be better.

I recently ordered a book from Collective Books Co and overall I’m satisfied with the purchase. The quality of the book is good and the idea behind it is very thoughtful, especially as a gift for family members. The only downside was the delivery time which was a bit slower than I expected. If shipping and communication improve, it would easily deserve five stars.

The concept behind the books is really nice and meaningful, and the questions inside help bring back many memories. However, my experience was only average overall. The delivery took longer than expected and the tracking information was not very clear. Customer support eventually replied but it took some time. The product itself is good, but the service could definitely be improved.

Beware! Scam! They will steal your money!

I only purchased two books from this company on December 5. On January 11, I received an email stating that I had subscribed to a monthly plan — which I absolutely did NOT authorize.
I immediately contacted customer support, clearly explained that I never signed up for any subscription, and attached screenshots as proof. Despite this, I have received no response.
This raises serious concerns about how my personal and payment information was used. Creating a subscription without customer consent is unacceptable, and ignoring emails regarding unauthorized charges makes the situation worse.

This is a SCAM, i didn’t realize that i was scammed till i read all the comments, ao many people were enrolled into subscriptions without permission, they charged me 34 dollars twice a month , i never authorized it. When i asked for payment back they ignored ms. Stay away from them. They must me stopped

J’ai choisi le livre pour le couple. Je redoutais beaucoup le contenu du livre, j’avais peur que ce soit trop kitsch ou trop impersonnel, finalement il y a énormément de questions très intéressantes et ouvertes au partage de chacun, le livre est super !!! C’est un très beau cadeau et un très bel investissement. Merci beaucoup pour le concept.

I purchased one of their books but this company is misleading, sneaky and used bad business practices. You buy a book and they sign you up for a subscription (not sure to what) but without your knowledge and without your authorization. Then you start getting monthly fees charges in your credit card of $34.99 USD per month.

They charged me for a service I didn't ask for and despite several emails they send the same reply that they will not give back my money. I'm never buying from you ANYTHING again.
